Although it looked closed, we were beckoned in and warmly welcomed. The Cokes were not cold so they ran out to get some that were! Nothing was too much trouble. The veg-noodles and fish dish were freshly made and divine, despite a power cut and Ncinci herself came out to chat to us.

It's the best local restaurant we've been to on our trip to Botswana. Free parking is available right in front. The staff is amazing, an exquisite treatment. We were offered to eat on the terrace or inside the premises, but preferred terrace. The menu is varied: meats, fish, pastas... Local food is usually spiced and with sauces. I asked if I could order a beef burger “with nothing” and they said yes. I thought it was gonna be like a lot of places that say yes, but then they do what they feel like. In this restaurant, the waiter confirmed the ingredients of all the dishes we ordered and subsequently came the cook to specify it once again. He even told me that to make the meat I had to use some butter and that on the plate also came some potatoes and if I wanted them in any special way. This restaurant is perfect for allergy sufferers/coeliacs, as they will be assured of knowing exactly what they will eat, without deception. They apologized because the food was going to take a while because everything they do, it is all homemade (sauces, potatoes, tomato...) They offered us some board games to entertain us while we waited and had a lot of fun. Before eating, the waiter washed our hands with warm water (seems to be typical here). The food was spectacular and just as we had ordered it. The waiter came a couple of times to check if everything was to our taste. Value for money very well. Very good food and unbeatable treatment, you can not ask for more.

Super nice African food. Not everything on the menu is typical African, but we asked them to choose their specialities and put them on the table to share. Great place, super friendly! This one needs more reviews and customers!!

Great restaurant in Maun, run by local people. We went there twice and the food was always great. Beef fillet and steaks were perfectly cooked and stirfried dishes were very good! Nice atmosphere, super nice and friendly staff and cheap prices. They just make you fell like you were at home!! Highly recommended, you can’t miss it in Maun!

i have been to ncincis a couple of times, overall it is a great place to relax and have a drink or two over a good conversation. i understand it just started operating , there are a few things that could be improved
1. toilet paper in the toilets
2. WIFI
The service is great . the waiters always make you feel taken care of and they never leave your glass empty. thanks for that

The service wasn't that bad at all...actually it was great,,i felt like a regular (thanx to the bartender) yet it was only my first time there. The food was absolutely GREAT,delicious i must say. I'm a vegetarian and they made sure they cater for me :) i was quite shocked to see my stir fry loaded on that huge plate coz i only paid P65 so didnt expect to see so much on my plate..heheheh! Not forgetting the cocktails &cold beers we had,mmm!! I rate the place 10/10 for the fantastic time i had...
