A great little restaurant we had been to around five times. You would never expect such wonderful food in such an isolated location. We have taken groups there and organised ahead. Everytime it has been a great experience with wonderful local produce, including lobster and crab. On our last visit we were treated to a gorgeous warm chocolate cake at... More

Although they have the same menu as Chez Louis, it seems to be a bit cheaper. Food was fresh but took a long time to be served. Location is superb. Please DO NOT order the coconut crab as this is an endangered species that should never be offered on a menu.

The food is fresh and delicious and the prices are very reasonable compared to Vila. Very rustic setting, sand floor and tables and seats made from local timber slabs. Beautiful setting and very enjoyable.

On a beach that takes your breath away. Swim while you wait for your lobster, and you will wait. But all worth it, heaven.

We stopped here for lunch on a day trip and had the most amazing Coconut Crab in garlic & chilli cream. A very picturesque place with icy cold Tusker and good food right on the beach. The food alone was worth the drive.

Our family ate here twice during our stay at the Little Paradise Bungalows. We enjoyed Lobster one day (2500vt) and a steak (very large but could have been a little more tender) served with kumala fries and salad for 1200vt (great value) on another. The Tusker were cold at 400vt and wine was 500vt by the glass. A lovely open... More

The food was fantastic. We tried the grilled lobster, the coconut crab and the santo beef. All of the dishes were delicious and very sophisticated for a local place. Definitely worth the drive up to Port Olry. The owners of the restaurant were very friendly.

Wow. We arrived into Port Olry late at night - our bungalow owner (Stanislas Franck from Nokome Colleens Bungalows) had made arrangements for us to have access to the beachside restaurant next door (run by his cousin or brother). The blackboard menu stated lobster or coconut crab. I wasn't happy to eat coconut crab after reading about their scareness etc.... More

Loved the position of the restaurant on the most beautiful beach with pure white sand and crystal clear water. The restaurant is operated by a local Ni-van family. There are basic bungalows where you can stay also in this small seaside village We had the Santo Beef and Lobster, and the service was excellent, prices low for Santo, food fresh... More
