A chaotic, but nice restaurant. The pizza are cheap, but very good.
Only thing is, you fist have to order and pay, and then you should wait for your pizza, so if something was not correctly notified, you need some patience, so they can correct their mistakes. (for me it took 40 minutes extra, in that time the rest of the group had already finished their meal)

The pizza and the drinks were excellent, the service perfect, the place pretty cute. We had a greek salad as a starter which was also exceptionally good.
Clean and nice toilets.
The restaurant was a little hard to find because it is part of a hotel but don't be scared by the closed door - it says you should knock and ring and there will be someone after a moment.
Thanks Chris for the nice dinner!

Such a great spot which is clearly doing very well in Uyuni. Great food and four beers on draft.
We had a small pizza (60bob) and a few beers (30bob) in a humming environment with great music and staff. We even brought a tshirt ;-)

We came to eat here on our first night in Uyuni, and we enjoyed every single bite of the pizza. It is so good, probably the best in South America. After touring the salar and San Pedro we drove back through Uyuni and ate here again. Must come here if you are in Uyuni.

Who would have thought, a Massachusetts pizza guy meets a Bolivian university student in Amherst, Mass, married her, moves to remote alpiplano town and they open up a pizzeria. It's great. Lots more then the 10 or so kinds of pizza. Cash only. So for a break from quinoa and Bolivian fare this is the place for you.

The restaurant is located inside the Tonito Hotel. The food is amazing! We stayed at the hotel (which in itself is also amazing!) and I suggested to my wife before we even visited the Minuteman that we eat here everyday. She said I was crazy. The next night when I asked her where she wanted to eat dinner, she said I was crazy to go think about going anywhere else! All the food here is great and the owners are extremely friendly, attentive and professional. If you visit Uyuni, this is the only place to eat (& stay at the Tonito hotel as well)! Believe me!

What a hidden gem! Who would think you'd find such amazing pizza up here in one of the remote areas of the planet. Minuteman Pizza is run by an incredibly kind American expat and his Bolivian wife, and they'll welcome you like family. The signed photographs and newspaper clippings lining the walls are a testament to what a special place this is. It's not just about the delicious pizza but also the great vibes, engaging conversation, and the feeling you've found a home away from home. Don't miss it! And the little hotel attached to the pizza place is lovely as well!

We stayed at the Tonito Hotel before and after our 4-day tour. We ate both dinners at this on-site restaurant. Chris and his wife are true professionals. They make you feel right at home. Chris has been making pizza for many years in both the USA and Bolivia. He certainly knows his craft. Speaking of craft, the restaurant had four artisanal draft beers from Sucre on tap when we were there. We enjoyed both dinners consisting of a salad (big enough for 2 people to share) and a small pizza.

You’ll find the best pizza of Uyuni, I would even dare to say of Bolivia, at Chris’s place! We spent about a week around Uyuni, tried different restaurants, but we HAD to go back to Minuteman. The primavera pizza + extra spicy lama is amazing. Chris is a great host, service is quick, the beer is cold, the pizzas (and even the salad!!) are delicious, the place is cute and welcoming. Best spot in Uyuni!

Grande pizza is huge, very fresh ingredients!! You can do half and half which allowed us to try two of their amazing pizza types. Fresh lemonade. Salads were fresh and tasty. Super friendly owners!

Delicious pizza is an understatement! My friend and I ordered a small pizza each and they were honestly the best we've ever had. What an amazing family based restaurant with a beautiful story behind it (read the articles). Would highly recommend a visit. I wish we weren't leaving tomorrow so that we could go again!

My partner and I were staying at the hotel and decided to have pizza at the end of a long day touring the sights. We were neither gastronomically or emotionally prepared for the delight that we were in for. The crust was light and crisp in all the right places. The toppings worked harmoniously together. The service and atmosphere were great. This may be the best pizza either of us have ever had.
If you are in Uyuni, do yourself a favour and don't leave without trying this pizza!

I came back here after 3 years and am happy to say it is still as good or maybe even a bit better! Seriously, great atmosphere, great service, maybe best pizza in South America but definatly ib Bolivia and just great to sit down and have a good wine or beer with a tasty proper pizza. Go here and I promise no regrets.

The pizza was OK and very expensive. I’ve had a lot of excellent pizza last couple of years and this isn’t even close. 2/5 and then I’m being kind. If the big pizza was like 40 Bolivianos it’d be nice but this was just not worth it. Please lower your prizes

It was the absolutley best pizza we had so far in latin america and the atmosphere is nice and the owner seems to be a really nice person as well.
If you are in Uyuni this is a must!!
