Comparing to other Cafayate restaurants it’s ok, but it’s far away from good. Very rushy service . We ate cordero and the taste was not the best.

Fabulous flavours and everything very beautifully presented Short menu but that doesn't matter when you know whatever you choose will be amazing. Really recommend this place for a gourmet experience at a reasonable price

The place itself is decorated nice, but that is that. The food is terrible. They are trying to be or do something that it's not. I do not understand how put on stack anything to make it soft, watery...ugh. too complicated menu for nothing. The...tiramisu was ok. All and all very expensive for nothing reallyMore

Was expecting a standard Argentinian meat based restaurant however the menu had an extra flair, although the choice was slim compared to other restaurants we visited. Decor did not match the engaged end food.More

The restaurant has a modern look with a nice garden. The quality of the food, wine and the service was good/very good but I would not say excellent. Some dishes could be improved and the service was not flawless (e.g. had to ask for a...spoon for the soup). The prices are a bit above argentinian average but although a good option when eating in Cafayate. Way better then the restaurants around the main square.More

Innovative experience that combines local flavours, local ingridients with a modern spirit. It is worh the visit not only for the quality of the product and the good cook, but also to support these type of young innovative culinary projects.

Amateurish service. The waitress couldn't sell me a tonic water, neglected to give me a water glass, and forgot to bring the ice that I'd requested for my beverage. The veal tartar was uninspired, mushy and tasteless. The ceviche was tough and fibrous. The pasta...was good as was the wine, but that wasn't nearly enough to call this a serious restaurant.More

It equals the level of excellence I’m used to in classy restaurants in Belgium. Definitely worth a visit. We chose to dine here twice during the same trip, because of the great quality.

This is by far the best Chef and Restaurant of my province. I still have no clue how come this gem is located in Cafayate, and how it survives in such a small town. Anyways, great inspiration can come from anyone and surprise us anywhere....Its noticeable that the chef has applied his learnt knowledge of European/Asian/American cuisine to local ingredients and regional traditions. I love my local cuisine, but i have to admit its rough and basic. This guy has managed to bring sophistication to such rich flavors. Congratulations.More

The food is truly amazing. It takes local ingredients for modern dishes. Nothing extreme but very tasteful. I had croquettes, provoletta, raviolis and rib eye. No complains. The atmosphere is nice as well. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our dinner in the outdoor courtyard table at Pacha. We shared the beetroot salad. It was smaller than expected as we usually share a starter and sometimes a main. It was delicious but not a sharing size. I ordered the grilled chicken with...mango/avocado/tomato salsa. My husband ordered the ribeye. Both were delicious. The chicken was moist with crisped skin. The steak was perfectly done and seasoned. Presentation of all dishes was lovely. The service was very good and well timed…not rushed or slow.More

We went to Pacha tonight to enjoy a fancy dinner. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. Not sure if the chef was on vacation tonight or what went wrong, but none of us enjoyed the main course. I ordered the rib eye steak and it...looked good on the plate but it was covered in so many spices, you were not able to taste anything else. Worst steak I had so far in Argentina (and I had a lot so far). We told the waiter that we did not enjoy the main course much.. he smiled and walked away. He just did not care. I cannot recommend this restaurant. If you are looking for a fancy dinner, better go somewhere else.More

The restaurant looks great and has a good atmosphere. Even the entree was really nice (salad with goat cheese and tomatoes). The main (mint malfatti with cheese) was overpowered by the taste of mint, it was not balanced as I would expect it from a...high class restaurant as which the place represents itself. The dessert (quinoa cremosa) was a farce. I expected something like a rice pudding, but made with quinoa. But it was hard quinoa in sweetened milk. The taste was ok, but not special and especially not as expected or even worth the money. My highlight was the waiter. He asked how we liked the main course. My answer was “mas o menos”. Instead of asking for what we did not like, he laughed and walked away. Again something you would not expect at an up-class restaurant. All in all the dinner was one of the most expensive ones we had in Argentina and the one we regretted the most.More
