Excellent attention, and they serve one of the best fishes we ate in Rapa Nui. Haute cuisine, with friendly prices!

The restaurant is centrally located on Te Pito O Te Henua (navel of the world) street, near the quay (caleta) and across from the soccer field. In 2012, I visited the (then) new restaurant Kuki Varua for the first time. Upstairs, there was a bar and a terrace with a pleasant view. They offered a varied menu of fish, meat,... More

We dropped into here for lunch because it was not crowded and advertised local fish. The service was slow and indifferent. We watched the people at the table next to us worry and complain because they waited a long time for their order and needed to catch a tour. We ordered the local snapper but got dried out overcooked tuna.... More

After a slow start, the waiter became quite friendly and spoke good English. I only had the mixed seafood casserole, which was packed with seafood, but was a little lacking in character. I sat upstairs which had a good view and enjoyed a few beers.

Near the pier with nice decor and friendly service. The dessert of fruit crème brûlée (coconut or mango or passion fruit) is delicious and perfect to end a wonderful dinner.

As our LAN flight was delayed, we received a voucher for lunch here. We sat upstairs looking over the sports field and seafront view. Lunch was local fish and mashed potatoes. Quality was delicious and we wished we had tried this restaurant out earlier in the week for more tasty fish. They did a great job feeding lots of people... More

Our cheapest meal was here and it was excellent. My bf had the ceviched while I had the "meat in its juices" (which is basically like a pot roast) it was delicious and for the both of us about $30USD. Much cheaper than other options around. The only downside is it was randomly closed during our trip so we couldn't... More

I've lived more than 1 year in Easter Island and this is my special place to eat! Great meal, delicious desserts. All fresh! The view from the second store is amazing to enjoy the sunsets with a nice maracuya sour in your hand. Both Francisco and Kara (the owners) have all perfect for you to enjoy your dinner. The decoration... More

This happened to be the first place we ate upon arrival. Great view of the very small island harbor. The service was very good and the food was good. Had the lobster casserole and it was good. Nothing overly special about it but it was good. We loved the view and the service definite worth a 5. But now that... More

Across from the small harbor right next to the soccer field. The second story seating area offers good views of the Pacific. I had fish twice here, tuna and mero. They were similarly prepared with a side of mashed potatoes. A satysfying though not a memorable meal.
