What a great place at 4 pm when there is a lot of shade choices outside and you can order from the menu of choices. Great service. Wonderful setting on some picnic benches with people from all over. Loved the white Torrontes Element wine. Super...cold and hit the spot after a long hike.More

After a days walking we needed a beer. There were several and it was happy hour, kinda 2 for 1!! Well we had a few, and acquainted the lady at the bar on the English custom of full pints. We also had the cheese platter...which was large, just needed some flags to tell the cheeses. We will return and recommend it to others. The wine rack is also well stocked!!More

I need to spilt this review in two. We had an amazing time drinking in the Vineria. The waiter is super friendly and attentive and we loved the happy hour. I also had some great wines. We spent there 3 evenings as we enjoyed the...atmosphere so much. We also ate one night and the food is average. We had a burger and a salad, both dishes were ok but nothing special and they charge the same prices then other restaurants with better quality.More

Fun place. We went multiple nights. Hard to get a seat is the only downside. Nice local beers on tap that vary frequently. Also an extensive selection of wines. Appetizers are fabulous. Great music.

Sadly we only stumbled across La Vineria Grill on our second night in El Chalten, and our third! It is very much a superb steakhouse rather than just a wine bar....plus a delicious selection of wine...hats off to sommelier Guillermo ...the best steak we tasted...in Argentina and very good service. Pretty good value too. Would absolutely recommend as a haven of perfection in the otherwise slightly lacking El Chalten.More

Great atmosphere! The happy hour formula (until 9pm) is a great way to start if you are on budget since El Chalten is not that cheap (often the case for cities built for tourism). We had to wait quite long for our food (more than...1h) but the waiter, who was very friendly, had warned us about that. We chose a mix platter for 2, wasn’t bad but not delicious either. Burgers from other tables looked great though!More

Walking around el Chalten the six of us just had constant smiles on our faces at how lucky we were to be in such a cool place. Our smiles just got wider and wider here whether drinking inside or out A great pub/wine bar with...a really good vibeMore

I had the most incredible Medallion of Lomo, the entire tenderloin! We ate at some of the finer Buenos Aires Argentine beef restaurants, and at home we only eat Choice. But this was simply the best tenderloin I have ever had. That’s it. The salad...and chorizo was good too, but that meat-the best.More

We came for happy hour every day in El Chalten. Very cheap and good happy hour wines. My husband had the chicken empanada and enjoyed it. I have celiac so I didn’t get to eat. Great outdoor space. Good service.
