Good decoration... Nice people... Clean... Food was ok, but did not look fresh enough! Waffles were not as crispy as we expected... DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD

After a day of hiking my friend and I popped in here for a waffle and a latte and both were fantastic. Sometimes waffle batter isn't made quite right, but these ones hit the spot. Would definitely recommend!

I visited La Wafleria last week after a very early morning hike up to Lago Capri. By the time I returned from the hike, I was famished, and ready for a good meal. They have a great menu. You can choose to have sweet waffles, or have your waffles served as part of your food order. For those with a... More

We came here after a long day of hiking and a few days in transit. I just wanted to have something freshly made. I also don't eat much dairy. I opted for a salad. It was incredibly simple with only a few ingredients but it was good. My husband had waffles, with chocolate, ice cream and pears. It was a... More

Having never had a waffle in my life at the grand old age of 30 and since this is he number 1 eatery in El Chalten we decided to give it a go. Firstly, we hadn't been hiking that day (due rain) something I feel needs mentioning as so many of the reviews are posted by very hungry hikers (and... More

I tried the Chocolate Explosion and got what I deserved! After the long trip to Fitz Roy this was the ultimate reward. Through my chocolate filled synapses I guess I heard my girlfriend praise the other waffles with fruits and strawberry ice;-)

I was so hungry. So so hungry. A welly with ketchup could have tasted good. So, with that in mind I really enjoyed my burger. In hindsight it was probably good but no better. The waffle was really good hungry or not.

This place satisfies all of your hunger needs. Bacon and eggs on waffles or chocolate with chantilly cream and nuts? These are just two of the MANY tough decisions you're faced with when eating here. Load up on their goodness either pre or post hike. I promise you won't leave disappointed. Or hungry...Dont leave El Chalten without stopping by here

Look at the pictures on Tripadvisor. They say it all. Good assortment of waffles. Not the best in the world though. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.
