We were in Argentina for 2 weeks and majority of our meals consisted of Argentina’s famous meat dishes. We were ready for a change and pizza here was excellent! Tasted fresh herbs and ingredients! The beer and wine were excellent! We are glad we found...this place by accident, off the main road.More

Cute little restaurant with a small inside eating area and very friendly staff. We ended up sharing a table with another group, which was lovely. We took goulash and gnocchi, and the other group took pizzas and a salad. Our dishes tasted great and the...pizzas and salad looked fantastic, with plenty of toppings - they ended up having lots of leftovers. Consider one pizza for two people!More

Big pizza with equally big toppings!!! I have never seen pepperoni so large in my life. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Purveyors were very friendly.

We went there based on a recommendation from my daughter. It was a nice restaurant with shared tables. The pizza was huge and made fresh. My husband loved his goulash and golden beer. The service was pleasant. The price was reasonable.

We choose it because of the highest rating in place, but it was a bit overrated, the food was not that tasty, but personnel was nice and we had a good time.

During our four-day stay in this town, this was definitely our favorite place to eat in El Chalten. Goulash, vegetarian, or pizza (which is more like the biggest calzone I've ever seen) - you can't go wrong. Moreover, the place has real family feel --...literally. A young girl who must have been someone's daughter or granddaughter was folding napkins as we entered. The waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful. One word of the advice: get there early. Once the place fills, that's it. We saw plenty of people get turned away. Also, if you have a large party or want your own table, get there early. Otherwise, you'll end up at the family-style table which can be a wonderful way to meet other hikers but also can be a roll of the dice.More

After reading the rave reviews my husband, kids and I decided to try Ruca Mahuida. We were served our drinks, and the waitress took our order rather promptly, but then we waited and waited all the while watching others, who had come in after we,...receive their pizzas. After an hour my husband asked and the waitress blithely said 10 minutes. Ten minutes came and went so he asked again. This time he had to enter the kitchen, as we could see the staff standing around inside. They made some half-hearted excuse to which he said he wanted to simply pay the bill for our drinks. They did not appear surprised, and we left, almost 1 1/2 hours after arriving.More

That I s all I want to see. Go here, the beer is the best, stout, apart, blond. Go with the happy hour, and you have the best beer for the best price in El Chalten. And do not forget to add a pizza with...it, they are absolutely the best with an abundance of coverage on a thin layer of flower. Really delicious and the sheer size fits two, so beer for half the price and pizza for two, no place in El Chalten better than this one. And the staff is superb, lovely and hospitable.More

Warm service, cosy atmosphere, delicious pizza, generous salad, good wine. Definitely the best place we ate in El Chalten.
