I had researched this Pub on good old Trip Advisor as was not disappointed, it was just like and English pub and as it was the eve of Canada Day it was buzzing. Extensive selection of real beers and the wine was good too. For dinner I chose the beer battered fish just one piece I couldn't have eaten the... More

Great little pub. Delicious food, lots of local beer on tap, British themed decor. Enjoyed so much we went back for breakfast the next morning. I recommend the Big British Breakfast!

My husband and I have eaten here quite a few times over the years. We decided to try it again since reopening after a fire. We were hoping that some menu changes would come with the reopening. It is an OK place to eat - not bad but not great either. Anyone who knows the area also knows that there... More

Driving into Windsor, was a bit skeptical that a true British pub might really exist, but does it ever. Inside has a genuine pub feel; we enjoyed the beautiful evening and sat on the deck out front. The menu includes seafood dishes typical of the region, Brit pub favorites, steaks, burgers, and some Asian inspired dishes. In the end, opted... More

It's places like these that make me happy to call myself a Nova Scotian. A great selection of local fare -- pretty good pub food and great service.

I went wwith friends for a late lunch at 2:00 pm on Thursday. Their menu was varied and interesting. I had the Vegetable grilled cheese with caesar salad; very good. Food was hot and fresh, and the service very fast and friendly. A nice spot to visit!

My wife and I were looking for a lunch spot during our recent trip to the Annopolis Valley. We came upon the Spitfire Arms and its outside street side deck. We both ordered the fish and chips, my wife had the one piece and I opted for the two piece. The two piece is perfect for the big eater, I... More

Had supper here tonight with some friends. The bar has been nicely renovated after the fire last year. Our waitress was great and the service was quite quick. However, the club sandwich was a real disaapointment. The bread was barely toasted, the cheese seemed like processed cheese slices, the chicken was rubbery. How hard can it be to make a... More
