I didn't expect to see such a nice restaurant in shiraz. It's was quite surprising. My friend and I went there for dinner and we really enjoyed the place, staffs and foods. Professional
Really the best restaurant in Shiraz. It is a complex of different restaurants with high class service and good quality food.
We came here as a large group, the food and service were great and the live music set the mood perfectly. The food is one of the best I’ve had here.
My friend and I had a lunch there. Food was good ,a little expensive but service was awful. Staff were not helpful and somehow rude. They forgot our orders and everything was slow .... but live trditonal music was awesome.
So tumultuous. The impolite servants, with no discipline. So noisy place with very load speakers. This restaurant need managements.
Joojeh kabob is my favorite food, the restaurant does not offer joojeh kabob in white meat and th one and only joojeh kabob on the menu, does not taste anything like a proper joojeh kabob. It js greasy, chewy , too dark and tasteless and...not worth the money.More
The food is exceptional but the service gets a bit chaotic in peak hours like the weekends ( Thursdays and Fridays in Iran) and national holidays. We tried to voice our opinion about the gap between our appetizer and main course, then the manager with...absolute professionalism invited us for a tea on another floor and tried to make it up to us :) Since it was my birthday I also received a book which I found a generous gesture.More
The place is very nostalgic and beautiful The staf are polite and perfetional I love all tinks but pirce are a little high ( responsible for the quality)
I normally go to Haft Lhan when I am in Shiraz and I have been aware of their quality and service. Unfortunately, compared to last year, the quality has come down, soecially the service. I ordered grilled chicken but it took well over 30 minutes...for it to be served. I was aware of the other tables and the experienced the same. As for the quality of food, I believe Haft Khan has list a bit of its character since what they serve is definitely different from what they are famous for. Even the cutlery they used is extremely poor. My fork had one of it's branches lean forward. From a place which claims to be a big name in Shiraz, it's really unexpected.More
No words other than excellent can be used to describe. The food was very, very tasty and served in the right size. The staff were really polite and friendly. There was a real varied menu where each food was ordered. There was a real varied...menu where each food was ordered. Real varied menu of food that was ordered was available Slightly high price that does not stand out against the high quality of food. A separate and free parking space was also very helpful.More
Very very bad messy expensive Rude manager and waitress Two hours waiting for food Ridiculous Never mind
I like this restaurant. The quality of the food is great. I tried the restaurant, fast food, and coffee shop (I love their ice creams:)) the exterior and interior design are beautiful and very good place to visit your business partners. The staff are friendly...too. They sometimes have live music and performances that I personally don't like and prefer a more quiet place for eating. But overall I would recommend this restaurant to all visitors.More
The food ir not that great , you basically pay for the place and the luxury of it but not the actual food. Even their coffee shop is just as bad as the restaurant itself . You can definitely find much better places for food...and coffee shop in shiraz than haft khan place for DAMN SURE.More
