Very busy Sunday lunch. Booked for 10 in advance. Had to wait quite a while for food but was excellent when it arrived. Plenty of well cooked vegetables. Advise to book for early lunch as parking is limited.

our party had a diverse range of meals, all of which were excellent. however the thing that conversation kept returning to was the décor, we were in the 'military' room with its pictures, uniforms and other memorabilia. was certainly busy on a Friday night.

Out on a changeable day for a walk and found this lovely place for a cozy drink in the snug while the rain blew over. Food looked good too, though we were there just for a drink.
