Went here for breakfast on our last day of our family holiday,we usually go to the milk bar but decided to try somewhere else and we shouldn't have bothered.the food was of cheap quality and very overpriced and was badly cooked, would never set foot in the place again!!

Once again on our regular visits to Barmouth we call to Goodies for Coffee and Barabrith, there are a couple of small tables outside where we normally sit with our dogs but they do let dogs in if well behaved.

Right on the High Street opposite the Hospital (as was) where I was born 65 years ago to the day. Tidy small cafe well run with an excellent choice of food, snacks and drinks Goats cheese dishes for the dairy intolerant, paninies, baguettes and sarnies with a fair taste in coffee. Coffee and cakes - just right Try and find... More

Just popped in for a quick snack. Very nice coffee and cakes with friendly staff. Plenty of 4 seat tables. Relaxing place for a cuppa.

Have popped in before but last week wasnt the best, very grumpy staff who will be glad when the season is over I am sure, but its a shame that they dont realise that they need the tourists, no seaside cafe can survive on local trade. Obvious locals/regulars arrived while we were seated and were given a very different service.... More

Mid morning and stomach rumbles 11 month old eyeing her yoghurts. Goodies was in sight and looked inviting. Tea cakes as advertised tea also. One disappointment was the lack of s toilet. Actually to be precise there was a toilet but it was closed off and marked out of order. Hence scoring 3 instead of 4. I did believe all... More

Four of us were in Barmouth for the weekend and after walking around the town we called in to Goodies for a drink and a snack. The cakes were heavenly and the staff were polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend this cafe.

I had a lovely cheese and apple sandwich. My husband ordered the advertised steak and mushroom bap, which turned out to be just a slice of beef and mushrooms in a roll...very disappointing as he expected steak. The toilets were out of order and we were told we needed to walk to the railway station. We won't be returning to... More
