Pork pies to die for - good prices and good food would recommend. Nice to drop in at the end of the day for a quick coffee, all fresh and very tempting

In Alnmouth for Christmas and New Year, found deli quickly and were welcomed with mulled wine before Christmas. Useful range of food and supply of logs and kindling. Cafe good with home made scones and cakes as well as locally ground coffee. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good situation in village centre, parking not brilliant but village small so just... Spotlessly clean, well set out, reasonably priced. Try the many different types of artisan breads and the deli products. They also have a nice cafe but dogs not allowed - a shame as they must miss SO much business.

On regular stays in Alnmouth I always used this shop once or twice a day. Very cluttered and confusing layout and just seems like a lot of jam and chutney and small amount of wrinkly fruit and veg. The staff often gave the impression that customers are a downright nuisance. Visiting again last week I used the Post Office/ Puffin... More

The lunch we had of chicken and bacon sarnies followed by delicious fruit scones, tea and coffee, was spot on. Great fresh food prepared and served by friendly staff. And good value. I recommend it without hesitation.

Its a great shop/deli with a large range of products for its size. Fresh bread. Cakes, biscuits, necessities, and a great take away deli counter that does exceptional value crab cobs made fresh to order.

Stopped here after a walk on the beach. Had an ice cream, delicious selection of local ice cream. Didn't buy anything from the deli.

Caught short for a light supper one day I popped into the deli and bought a chicken-n-veg pie, a granola square, and a mini custard tart. The pie had a decent amount of chicken chunks in a good pastry crust (and they heated it up for me); the other items were small but delicious and only £1 each. I couldn't... More

Paid a visit to the Country Store Deli to get a taste of authentic Alnmouth, but were disappointed when we had to take mouldy food off their counter and bring it to the staffs attention, this wouldn't have me eating here at all. SW :-)
