This pub is just behind the historic parish church so is well placed. We popped in for a pint and a quick lunch. It was a good choice and we enjoyed both the beer and the food.

My husband and I really enjoy coming to the very friendly Wheatsheaf pub in Louth. It is quirky and characterful And serves the best home made Sunday lunch for a country mile

I came here with friends for a get-together over a pub meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food enjoyable (I had fish and chips: very nice) and the real ale also pretty good! There is a nice, comfortable atmosphere.

Lovely home cooked food by Lyn the new Chef. Definitely will be back. Really friendly pub with a nice atmosphere and good selection of ales.

Went in on Saturday the 15th of April lunch time and ordered our fave haddock and chips, it's the best around and reasonably priced, if you want a traditional pub this is the one for you
