Well not when I tried to go there. Also photo doesn't appear to be what it looks like now. Looks really run down. Not that I would know what the inside looks like as it was closed at approx 130 in the afternoon.

I and a walking friend go out once a month, a typical routine being to catch a bus using our Senior Citizen Pass, and to walk back. Yesterday we caught a bus from Nailsworth to Tetbury and walked back. A lot of effort goes into...More

Stopped for coffee and cake, very happy and will visit again when in the area. Others around us were having lunch and the food looked delicious.

This is my favourite cafe in Nailsworth, It's not the fanciest, biggest or most fashionable but it gives you great food at reasonable prices. More than that, you can very quickly get drawn into conversations and friendly chat with some of the many regulars who...More

Read a few reviews on TA about 28 and thought we'd pop in for a coffee. Americano and Flat white Well presented and a good flavour so they were spot on about the coffee. My only criticism is the actual interior of the cafe. GRUBBY...More

We chanced on Number 28 for an afternoon cuppa: it's nothing grand - it's just so friendly though. Rarely have I been asked if I'd like pasty warmed up, but the guys did just that :) Newspapers & assorted magazines are strewn around. Album covers...More

Not Mondays. James can be a bit erratic with his opening hours but we regulars love him and put up with it anyway! Persevere - he's a one man band and sometimes that means he has to close to deal with...life. His soups are... More
