The cafe has become a regular fixture whenever we are in Lyme. The coffee (I have only had cappuccinos) is excellent, way above the normal versions supplied by the big chains. The cakes are usually all gluten free. Soup is good too and everything is nicely presented. The local food sourcing policy really appeals to me as well. The sofa... More

Popped into this lovely cafe to escape the rain. Staff were friendly and cafe felt inviting. Had hot chocolate, sadly wasn't very hot but still nice. Cakes were really nice, very pleased to have gluten free as I'm a coeliac so find it hard to find gf cakes. Seats were very comfy and we were able to chill out for... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the cafe is really nice, they even have a toddler play area which is a lovely touch. I had a ham and coleslaw sandwich which was huge and very tasty and... More

Great little cafe, not been here for years and it's even better than I remember it. Friendly staff, AMAZING coffee (seriously, coffee is so often undrinkable slurry thanks to the proliferation of high-street chains, it's absolutely top-drawer in Aroma, the waiting staff are apparently sent off to learn how to make the stuff and it shows!) and delicious cakes. Just... More

Very helpful staff, they hurried our food as we had limited parking time. We both enjoyed our vegetarian option of pate & soup, good fresh food.
