this is a quirky little cafe which accommodates children very well, having a small play area. It was very busy and seemed to be the meeting place for a lot of locals, which is always a good sign. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for 3 coffees, a milkshake and a hot chocolate to arrive and when we placed... More

Been here several times now for lunch. Excellent choices available for veggies and gluten free. Gets busy at lunch time so get there early to grab a table, seen several disappointed people having walk away as no room at the inn so to speak. Be sure to plan a visit here some how, it's worth it.

staff friendly and the place looked interesting, but food not great. I had the hummus with pitta bread, salad and marinated olives, and my friend had the salad , hummus and grilled halloumi. The hummus had no taste at all, the brown pitta bread tasted stale and uninteresting, and the marinated olives were very strange, with bits of grey onion... More

We stopped here before heading home to Surrey, i have to say the Cream Tea was not disappointing, lovely home baked scones and a good helping of cream and jam, what is not to like, staff were super friendly, really warming and there was a very nice atmosphere inside. Highly recommend

Love this place, great atmosphere, it is a child friendly cafe with a dedicated area full of toys and books. Simple but delicious menu, lots of local specialities and great cakes.

On our way to Brixham we stopped off in Lyme Regis and found this Gem of a place. It was a pretty miserable day outside but inside it was cosy and welcoming. I had the Halloumi and mushroom ciabatta and it was very tasty, my partner had ham sandwich which he thoroughly enjoyed.

We went with another family on a rainy day and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, there is a lovely little area for children made to be a boat. The hot chocolate was made from real chocolate and they even made a dairy free one for one of the little boys.

Aroma has become one of the yardsticks by which we measure other coffee houses; we love the different coffees (the weather was so warm we discovered blonde bombshells as well as iced latte/Americano), the cakes and the lunches. We visited practically every day an made full use of the loyalty card. Our favourite coffee shop by some distance - perhaps... More
