Called on the off chance after a recommendation whilst staying in Wadebridge. Nice country pub with good staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. Good food and service one to visit if you are in Wadebridge and want a short trip out of the town.

The food is great and the drink is lovely, a nice warm welcome as you arrive. Tucked away in Edmonton so a little walk to get there but well worth it.

Frozen chips, Roast potatoes swimming in grease, staff eating at the bar not quite what I expected from the reviews. Good beer though! Suggest the chef needs some training

My friends and I bumped into the Quarryman while on a road trip in Cornwall. Very nice traditional pub/restaurant. The Sunday roast was amazing, both lamb and beef. I would also recommend the chicken liver and beef paté as a starter; delicious.

Dropped in without booking and was found a table. Lovely pint of Padstow May Day and a very reasonably priced tasty 16oz T-Bone. Was even given peppercorn sauce for no extra charge. My daughter has the Portuguese fish stew which was also great Too full for puds Great pub food done really well

We often visit, with family or freinds, the food is always very good, in fact superb, we have eaten here many times over the years, Wendy and the staff are great, in the winter there is a real fire and is dog friendly in the bar area. Highly recomended, you will not be disappointed

Waitresses were incredibly friendly, the two young girls made us feel right at home! The atmosphere of the pub was homely, and their signature dish (the portuguese tomato chorizo seafood dish in a copper pan) was fantastic. The other meals ordered by my friends were also good, but the only criticism we have was that it was slightly pricey for... More

Enjoyed another delicious meal in the Quarryman. The most delicious steaks, nice cosy atmosphere and great service. We will be back (again and again!)
