Really enjoyed having lunch here. Made to feel very welcome by a really polite and tentative young lady. The food was wonderful and lots of it. A superb visit, look forward to going back.

This is a lovely pub for positioning but that's about as far as it goes! There is no atmosphere and the food is not that wonderful for the price. Not a friendly type of pub at all and I would not recommend.

We were looking for another pub but liked the look of this one. Glad we did, very friendly welcome ,very good Harvey,s and one of the best Ploughmans you will get anywhere.Well worth a visit and we will be back.

I went with a friend who relished their whitebait and rosemary fries - I had what they describe as the best ploughmans in the Country. I have not tried them al but have to say mine was truly exceptional and probably worthy of the boast.
