We were a party of 7 and had booked lunch. Table was ready and waiting. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was great. Good large portions. Plenty of room between tables so although busy it didn't feel 'overcrowded'. Can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

visited for lunch and found the menu and meals provided are typical family fare - nothing special visited also for evening work events and the meals were much better and the restaurant provided pleasant surroundings both inside and on the terrace outside

Lovely location in the old part of the town, near the river. Not a huge room, lovely beams. Food lovely and well served. It felt special!!!
