Three of us went early evening for drinks and food. We were made very welcome by all the staff, sat in the bar area as we had brought along our dog who was given doggy biccies by the young lady serving our table (with drinks...More
Visited today for lunch and it was faultless and excellent value. Two courses for £19.95 or three courses or £24.95. After two delicious fish starters, we both opted for roast beef with all the trimmings - and extra gravy! The beef was cooked to perfection...More
We have just come back from a delightful 2 night stay in the gorgeous inn. Our welcome on arrived was friendly and our four poster bed room comfortable and cosy. The breakfasts were delicious as was the dinner on our first night. The only slight...More
Relaxing weekend away in The Pheasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The most amazing part was the food, the menu isn’t huge but it’s definitely 5*, it was presented really well and tasted amazing.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in a spotless, comfortable room. All the food (breakfast and restaurant both evenings) was excellent and the staff were efficient and friendly. It's a lovely location too...what's not to like?

Sat down in the pubs garden and just about to go inside to order a drink, but a lady who looked like the pie woman in chicken run appeared shouting no no no and wouldn’t let us eat our own lunches in the empty garden...More
Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable room with lovely bedding and towels. Dinner and breakfast were very nice - really well cooked and presented food. The menu isn’t huge - but we always think that’s a good thing - and really nice selection of wines. Great location...More
