It feels strange giving this place 4 stars. The kitchen looked a mess. The indoor dining area was a mess. Covid measures were lacking. The wine tasted like vinegar and appeared to come from a box. Despite all of this, we enjoyed it because we...didn't take it too seriously. The prices were incredibly cheap. The food was decent for the price and the portions were generous. The service was fine. If you want a really good meal go somewhere else. If you want a cheap meal in amusing surroundings, this is your place!More

Visited Little Italy earlier today. Ordered Prawn Pil Pil as a starter and a for seasons Pizza to finish.. Unfortunately after a wait they both came out at the same time. That was perfect as it allowed me to soak the Prawn sauce into the...edges of pizza.. No bread forced on the customers here.. Prawn dish was good and the Pizza was one of the best I’ve had.. The only thing that is little at this restaurant was the bill..More

Our party of four visited the restaurant after many years of not going. The food is still good and great value, but when eating inside it is noticeable how a lack of investment is really letting this place down. Some fittings are falling apart, literally,...and the whole place just seemed to be 'grubby'. Staff are forgetful and obviously wishing they were somewhere else - shame! Clearly though, the value for money is what people go here for and you can't beat that.More

The pizza was lovely and both pizza and drinks were very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly. You can eat indoors or on the street which is great for people watching.

We have always visited this place when we have been to Nerja. Ate here twice this year and for what you pay the food is great. Pizzas are thin and plenty of toppings. Prawns Pil Pil is tasty and plentiful. The decor and restaurant itself...is a bit out of the ordinary but it is always full for a reason. Great food at great prices. We will be back next year.More

Ok so it was busy in Nerja because of the Feria but this restaurant should have made allowances for that. The pizzas were ok albeit one had a hair on it (they removed the cost of the pizza off of the bill) and the starter...of mussels were a complete mixed bag of some cold, some warm, some hot. The seafood pasta was awful. I cannot even explain what the toilet was like; I’m fact I told my friends not to even bother using it. Never ever would I go there againMore

We have been visiting Nerva for years and been to this restaurant a number of times previously and it was always really good. This time though was really poor and as a result we won’t be back. Ordered our food and were kept waiting for...40 mins. My wife and I had pizza which both came out at the same time. My daughter ordered pasta and I had to ask numerous times where it was before she got it. It was clear that they had forgotten our starters. Except when we were almost finished our main course the starters arrived. I tried to explain that we weren’t wanting the starters as we had almost finished our main courses but the waiter was insistent that we were getting them. Eventually another staff member intervened and took them away. When I went in to pay the bill (they only take cash by the way) I couldn’t believe the scene of utter chaos in the kitchen. Dirty plates piled high, food everywhere and two cooks shouting at each other. It’s a shame as we used to enjoy coming to eat here but never again.More

We had lunch here and had noticed in passing earlier that the prices were extremely reasonable. However the quality of the food and service on top of this was simply excellent. And the pizzas weren’t small either but they were a third of the price...of some other Pizzerias. It is no wonder that the tables were permanently full the whole time we were there and as someone left, another arrived. Despite this we did not have to wait overly long and the waiter was extremely good. For taste and value for money I just don’t see how you can improve on this place. Note there is a very similar pizzeria next door with similar prices but whenever we passed or ate in this place next door was empty which probably tells you something. So don’t pick the wrong one! It’s Little Italy you want!More

How can you mess up a pizza, well this place did. Wanted something tasty and fast. Yes it's cheap but you still expect a good pizza and a hygienic food business. Staff totally disorganized and unkempt. Service was non existent. Waited ages for a menu....Waited ages to order. Waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and a salad. Salad came out with Tuna on it, sent it back. Pizza 1 came no sign of pizza two had to ask for it. It was like a scene from faulty towers, without the laughter. It couldn't be Italian as no proud Italian would serve pizza like that. Unfortunately I didn't see the kitchen on entering, If I had I would have left immediately. If you want to see where your eating look into the kitchen, omg what an eyeopener. Sitting outside you see nothing. Dirty dishes were stacked up high, a absolute mess. I witnessed a waiter drying cutlery with the same cloth he was wiping the tables with. The waiting staff handled everything with no hand sanitisation, dirty dishes, cutlery, drinks glasses were handled at the top of the glass, bread rolls handled, hair handled. Asked for the bill 3 times, it took 10 minutes to get the bill that was wrong too . The Spanish food authority should not grant this so called food business a licence. I've worked in food for years and I was shocked that in this day and age with all the food regulations out there to protect people, that the simplist of hygienic practices were unfortunately not practiced here. Worst food experience in Nerja in fact worst in Spain. Went home hungry but alive 😳More

If you want decent food, good service on budget, in a little authentic Spanish cobbled street a stones throw from the Balcon then go here!! Dont expect Buckingham palace and yeah it can be a bit close and crowded but theres a reason for that,...2 people can go here eat themselves silly and get drunk for €20!! Best budget option in Nerja hands down.More

I would be surprised if that was on their menu, the restaurant is all about being cheap, quick and cheerful.
