Set right on the beach you can do worse than have a beer here at sunset. It is a friendly place with lots going for it and we enjoyed our visits. We didn’t eat there is there was so many of the places to choose...from but they did excellent gin and tonics and it isn’t an expensive place. The views are absolutely stunning and there’s always something to watch as people walk along the beach or playing volleyball. The staff are super friendly and good fun as well so it is definitely worth a visit or two.More

A great improvement on the canteen food at the previous (higher rated somehow??) restaurant we tried nearby on the front. Some nice grilled fish and other good value tapas and lunch dishes. Good value for what the serve.

Just had a meal here for 8 adults and it was really very good. Staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. We all had different meals but the chicken skewers, shrimp cocktail, half chicken were all very good, came with either baked potatoes...or chips. We also went a bit mad and had ice cream after which again were large portions.More

One of several Merenderos along the strip overlooking Burriana Beach with nothing to distinguish it from any of the others. It has the wood fired barbecue which is a plus. The food was fine - it was not substandard nor was it stand out good,...Prices are pretty much on a par with all of the others and the service was OK.More

Recommended if you want an excellent full English breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of tea or coffee.

When we visited last week this was the first place we came across . We were tired and hungry so we decided to go in . In short , after asking the waiter five times for my delayed dish , I was then served someone...else’s leftovers. Please avoid . Don’t waste your money or risk getting sick while on holiday .More

Went for a quick bite with the children and ended up sharing a 1/2 BBQ with Jacket Potato. It was delicious. Chicken was juicy and succulent and the Jacket had an amazing sauce on it. Not what I’d normally order but would definitely order it...again.More

My friend and I were enjoying a few days in Nerja, and having a really lovely time. We decided to go and have a coffee, and the waiter was not only rude, he was also aggressive. He spoke to us in Spanish and because we...didn’t understand he became angry, pointing his finger at us and made us feel very worried and uncomfortable. He walked away from our table, and proceeded in Spanish to tell other staff members what had happened, and they were all laughing. We got up and left because we started to feel quite intimidated, and would like to let the public know how rude and upsetting this experience was for us, it ruined what was otherwise a delightful morning. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS.More

I came here to try the sardines barbecued over olive wood and charcoal and wasn’t disappointed. Service was good even when the place filled up. A good mix of Spanish, brits and French dining here which is a good sign. Recommended
