Piadina, "Piada" appears in the first historical document in 1,371 in the description of the Romagna, described by Cardinal Angelico, where they appeared to pay taxes "Two piadinas". It was the poet Giovanni Pascoli who gave dignity to cheep in several of his works to become the symbol of Romagna "La Piadina Romagnola". The Romagnola piadina can be eaten as a second instead of bread to accompany the dishes. you can Or, replace the starter, folding and filling with onions, sausage or pork steaks with custard or Nutella. The crescione is a typical preparation based on where piadina is filled, folded and closed before cooking. The filling is made primarily from oil and garlic cooked with herbs.

Wonderful Italian homecooking full of flavour, served in generous portions in a relaxed and cosy, friendly setting. This is a small restaurant but Antonella, Gabriel and Pietro create a wonderful ambience in which to enjoy a meal at very affordable prices.
