We chose this restaurant based on reviews here and the location near our hotel. It's attractive and just one block in from the beach. The menu was quite varied and the wine list is enormous. Our table was immediately served breads, cheese, fish dips and more. We enjoyed the fish dishes and the prices were reasonable enough. The wait staff... More

The service was first class. We had Turbot fish. It was great! The portions were generous and pricing very reasonable. This is our third week in Portugal and by far the best dinner yet. Actually it ranks up as the one of top restaurant experiences that we have had.

The evening we visited they were short of fish. No sardines, bass or dorado! Ended up with two small (expensive)snappers ! Friend veered to a steak, which he enjoyed. The females had a good ( but not exceptional) fish stew.

If you're looking for a good restaurant in Nazare, you should definitely try out Taberna d'Adelia. The staff is very friendly, it's good value for money and the food is excellent. I recommend trying percebes (rock barnacles) and mango mousse.

As I stated in another review, I don't like Nazaré. But his restaurant as well as another are the reason that make me comeback: great food, good service, décor and price.

The decoration gives you the feeling you are visiting a restaurant with a lot of history. Nice idea to hang up the papers with costumer's opinions. Good food, they have a table inside with the fresh fishes of the day that you can choose from. A waiter gave me a good lesson how to distinguish some of the fishes (that... More

The restaurant and the food were amazing! Great appetizers, fresh fish, delicious wine and an amazing dessert. Unfortunately we are leaving the city tomorrow. Otherwise we would have come back for sure! Also just to see the friendly server Jorge again ;)

This restaurant is in Nazaré one of the most typical and beautiful fishermen village. The fresh fish is a must. Very commendable.

Delicious food, best service in Portugal! Try pate from couvert, shrimp from starters and you may have any of the grilled fish. They have a very good wine list (well more of a book) as well!

If you want to taste the true Portuguese fish dishes in a great ambience, don’t miss this restaurant. An advice if you order a dish for two (such as octopus rice) it will be enough for three people. Enjoy as much as we did!
