Great staff, great service.Consistently good food. There is a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. You can get draft beer from the bar. Excellent fish dishes. Lovely selection of fresh vegetables. The staff go overboard for special occasions. Great value for money.

Monday 6th October 2014 We had lunch here last week, my husband, myself and my in-laws. The menu first offered was the same as on their web-site, a sort of baked potato etc., or afternoon tea mixture. My FIL asked about a menu offering a full luncheon selection and it was brought to us by the server. We had a... More

But it has to be said that the James Joyce restaurant in the greville arms hotel in Mullingar seems to come out... More

Located in the Greville Arms hotel, an institution in itself, this cosy restaurant offers a decent selection of dishes and a commitment that you will not go hungry. Probably the best steak in town along with a reasonably priced wine list (or a pint from the nearby bar) this is a pleasure ahead of a night out or a night... More

We had a great lunch with the kids last week. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the portions are very large and the food is very, very good. We were worried that our beef would be overcooked and chewy, like most of the Irish restaurants had previously prepared it. However the beef here was tender and... More
