Theo's is a quaint restaurant tucked away in downtown Fay, just off Dickson Street, where everything happens. The food is wonderful and you'll meet your friends or find new ones at Theo's. Even during the week reservations are a good idea.

The food is incredible. It's authentic and delicious. I love the location off the square, secluded and great place to visit. I go every time I'm in town. My absolute favorite.

Great atmosphere & excellent service. While the portions may be on the small side, they are well presented, with a lot of complimentary flavors. Great desserts too. Best, as with most restaurants, to have your cocktails beforehand as they are pricey.

Enjoyed a birthday dinner here while passing through the area. Everything was amazing. The muscles, kale Caesar, and oysters all top notch. The boar ravioli was unexpectedly spicy but good, and the filet mignon was perfect. Service spot on. Dark and romantic ambiance.

This is one of the top restaurants in Fayetteville. 3 of us had dinner and all were pleased with atmosphere, service and food. I began with the asparagus salad which was fabulous. It contained mushrooms, pork, asparagus, purple potatoes and a poached egg served warm. I also had the duck which was good (I prefer if a little less done)... More

We were delightfully surprised to find such chic upscale dining in this corner of Arkansas. The dishes we had were all creative and thoughtfully prepared. We also enjoyed a bottle from the fairly extensive wine list. Two servers were helping us, with one perhaps being in training. This led to our only fault with the place as this server was... More

Stopped in for appetizers and a drink. The spicy calamari was excellent. Highly recommend. Best calamari I have had in years. The duck quesadilla was good. Great little place off Dickson to cool off. Excellent Moscow mule

LOVE THEO'S....may be my favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. Upscale, yet casual..one of our very best meals there included phenomenal asparagus soup, some of the best, freshly baked bread, and a wonderful filet mignon. Great wine selection and valet parking available!

Lovely restaurant with great menu. Our server Casey and her shadow Cody did a great job introducing us to some spectacular dishes. The watermelon gazpacho with bits of cucumber and fresh oyster appetizers were a treat. Nice wine list. Martinis were also top notch. This is a wonderful place to dine if in Fayetteville.

Thank laddiebuck
