I enjoy the bar/lounge area or the outdoor seating. The bartender (Brian?) was very attentive and made excellent suggestions. It's a great place to lounge with a group of friends. Prices aren't cheap but the setting and service makes it worth it.

We really enjoyed our food but had bad service at both the table and bar. I would rate as excellent for food and average to bad for service. We enjoyed the mussels, oysters, and filet mignon. Enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful evening and if service had been better it would have been a perfect night. We did not complain... More

Right near the wild bars of Dixon St. is a wonderful oasis of good food, excellent wine and ambiance. Bar scene is good, restaurant scene is better. Wonderful Italian dishes, good ribeye steak.

Theo's is a quaint restaurant tucked away in downtown Fay, just off Dickson Street, where everything happens. The food is wonderful and you'll meet your friends or find new ones at Theo's. Even during the week reservations are a good idea.

The food is incredible. It's authentic and delicious. I love the location off the square, secluded and great place to visit. I go every time I'm in town. My absolute favorite.

Great atmosphere & excellent service. While the portions may be on the small side, they are well presented, with a lot of complimentary flavors. Great desserts too. Best, as with most restaurants, to have your cocktails beforehand as they are pricey.

Enjoyed a birthday dinner here while passing through the area. Everything was amazing. The muscles, kale Caesar, and oysters all top notch. The boar ravioli was unexpectedly spicy but good, and the filet mignon was perfect. Service spot on. Dark and romantic ambiance.

This is one of the top restaurants in Fayetteville. 3 of us had dinner and all were pleased with atmosphere, service and food. I began with the asparagus salad which was fabulous. It contained mushrooms, pork, asparagus, purple potatoes and a poached egg served warm. I also had the duck which was good (I prefer if a little less done)... More

We were delightfully surprised to find such chic upscale dining in this corner of Arkansas. The dishes we had were all creative and thoughtfully prepared. We also enjoyed a bottle from the fairly extensive wine list. Two servers were helping us, with one perhaps being in training. This led to our only fault with the place as this server was... More

Stopped in for appetizers and a drink. The spicy calamari was excellent. Highly recommend. Best calamari I have had in years. The duck quesadilla was good. Great little place off Dickson to cool off. Excellent Moscow mule
