Excellent unique Mexican restaurant! The salsa was excellent! We ordered guacamole as well, which was great. The menu is not typical of what you see in chain restaurants. These are all unique dishes and fantastic quality. I live in the area and will definitively be...returning.More

Arrived at 6pm and had to flag a waiter down. At 7:06 asked where our food was and it was just coming up. Had to ask for to go boxes without eating to get to play on time. No apology, just a check. Am sure...food will taste good when I finally eat it but doubt we will go back.More

Wife enjoyed quesadillas. Shrimp with rice and beans was ok. Good guacamole, average chips. Ample portions.

Rolandos has impeccable service and delicious food! The black beans and rice are the most flavorful I’ve ever had. I have eaten half of the menu and have yet to get anything I haven’t liked yet! This is one of my very favorite restaurants in Arkansas. There are several locations in different cities and they are all worth the trip there. Portions are large, food is rich and flavorful.

Reserved table was set and immediately available upon arrival. As typical,.the dishes served were very tasty and beautifully presented. Great place to eat with helpful and friendly staff.

Have been to Rolando's in both Hot Springs and Ft Smith, so we were eager to take our out-town visitor there for the unique foods and tastes we find at Rolando's. There are no other Ecuadorian restaurants anywhere I've ever been (except, well, Ecuador). Service...from door to table was great; the receptionist and the waiter both seemed eager to give us a pleasant experience and did their part (ask for "Spencer" for some witty repartee). The food was, as with the other locations, authentic Ecuadorian with flavors and presentation, but unlike the others, it was served tepid. I don't know if they put hot food on cold plates, or let it sit too long not under a heat lamp, or what, but it took a lot away from the food to have to eat it this way. I didn't make a scene on behalf of our guest, but did speak to them later about it and they were receptive to my comments. I'll be back, but next time, the food will go back if it comes out of the kitchen that way again. Maybe a $15 digital thermometer check of the food before you release it to the customers?More

Dinner here and then a show at the WAC. Ingredients for the perfect night out with a friend. Used website to make reservation. Our table was ready. So was a basket of chips and best salsa I’ve ever tasted. Enjoy, but leave room for your...meal. Take time to read the unique menu; we kept changing our minds. Based on server’s recommendation, my friend had quesadillas; I had Lula’s enchiladas. We both would order again. The sauce on my enchiladas was full of flavor; the rice and beans a delicious accompaniment; the plate a work of art I can’t say enough about the service…ask for Deanna and David. When Deanna found out we were on our way to the WAC, she told us we got a discount (showed our tickets), plus the staff would work to get dinner served so we could make the play. It did get somewhat noisy, although our conversation was still possible. Outside dining available and most tables filled by time we finished our dinner. NOTE: We don’t live in Fayetteville so had to ask local for directions. The restaurant, while is walking distance of WAC, is tucked away…bring your GPS. Highly recommended; my friend and I plan to revisit soon.More

This place has been hit or miss for us. The first time we went everything was excellent. The second time the chips were very stale. All of the other food was good. We plan on going again for a birthday celebration in May and will...ask for fresh chips this time.More
