I was politely greeted by the bartender who was knowledgeable and informative about the beer offerings on tap the two beers he recommended to were both delicious. The bacon Swiss burger was incredible had a flavor that made it differ from other burgers I've had...wonderfully unique. And to take back to the hotel room I ordered some peach and amaretto crepes that were delightful. It's a pretty small little restaurant with limited seating due to covid but well worth the wait.More

Best restaurant in town. Excellent vibe/food/location. Best of all, Hugo’s is consistent. If you’re in town & only have time to eat one meal, prioritize going to Hugo’s. They will not disappoint.

Great food, and a really cool atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience or a bad meal. The marinated chicken is my favorite dish.

This restaurant was close to our hotel and was highly recommended. Menu was extensive but we all tried the highly recommended hamburgers. Everyone enjoyed their meal!

The atmosphere is this cool underground restaurant is great. The food as wonderful. We had the cheese board with Salami and it was fantastic. I had the bacon wrapped filet and it was one of the best steaks I ever had. We will be back...for sure.More

Great burger. There's always a wait, so be prepared for that. Good bar selection and acceptable service (for a college town).

Food is average at best, nothing super spectacular. Not sure what the reviewer talking about it being "where the locals go" is talking about since I go here rarely. if ever, and it's generally people from out of town that want to go. It's fine....Really. That's all.More

Stopped by after a Razorbacks game. The wait took a very long time, but understandably so. Their burgers are insane. My go-to when recommending a burger to anyone in Northwest Arkansas. The Blue Cheese burger haunts my dreams....

Very busy establishment. There was no explanation about waiting for a table but after grabbing one we were told it wasn’t ours. Lol But the waitress was excellent. Great wine. Charcuterie was huge, excellent fries.

Down two short flights of stairs just off the Fayetteville square - somewhat of a Cheers vibe. Burgers are some of the best around, especially the Black & Blue. They actually cook them to the temp you order (far too “rare” in a burger joint...these days)! Homemade fries are awesome - one order is more than enough for two. Finishing with a crepe or a cheese plate is the way to go. Pro tip - if it’s a cold day grab a table near the back wall, the steam pipes will keep you toastyMore

No, there is not any other space than the main dining room, but the area by the piano, under the sidewalk is suitable for larger parties.
