Be patient and wait for a table because the food is delicious -great burgers and sandwiches. Servers and bartenders work hard and are speedy with delivery. Full bar with fun craft beer.

Went for lunch and glad we did. Hugo's is a staple in Fayetteville and always good. Service is fast and friendly. It's always busy and loud but menu is varied and dishes are filling.

Hugo's continues to be a great spot to ,unwind and have some great food. Never disappoints and being tucked away, from the hustle and bustle makes it seem more private.

Visited here on a game day weekend- after reading the reviews we wanted to make sure that we arrived early. Parking was a challenge and the 'hidden' location was easy to spot - there must have been 30+ people waiting outside for Hugo's to open. Bar like basement atmosphere and friendly well prepared servers ready to assist. We grabbed the... More

My wife and I have always had a fondness for Hugo's that goes back 35 years. The meat on their burgers is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable. The decor has not changed from eclectic Americana. We never miss a chance to eat here.

Super busy! Wednesday night and there were at least 20 people waiting but service was good. Burgers, homemade french fries were great. The spinach artichoke dip was good as well. Lots of beers to choose from, super casual and the restaurant is below the street level.

best burger in Fayetteville and maybe NWA. Ambiance is cool but always a bit congested. Don't go for a romantic night out or a business meeting...go to have a blast with some friends or experience the best of NWA.

We traveled from Illinois to attend the Arkansas/Alabama football game. After tailgating all day and attending the game, we were starving! Hugo's was a small, fun restaurant in the basement of a building. The food was absolutely amazing. It was definitely one of the best burgers that I ever had. We got the nachos for an appetizer and french fries.... More
