We split a 2.5# Porterhouse between 3 people (2 females) and it was plenty of food. It included a giant amount of french fries, some fried bread, and a side salad. The salad greens I think were soaked in some sort of vinaigrette, and was not crisp. The fried bread and french fries were quite good, although there is no... More

Without a doubt, Doe's is consistently the best restaurants for steaks. My husband and I always get the Porterhouse and split it (he gets medium rare and I get medium). The mushrooms are excellent and the hushpuppies with honey are superb. Always our 'go to' spot for steaks.

The steak was really good. We got the porterhouse and split it between 3 people. I'm giving 4 stars because the salad was limp and soggy. Be prepared for a carb overload when you come. Between the french fries, boiled potatoes, and fried biscuit it was a lot!

You have to order the steak by the pound and some dishes are a minimum 1.5 pounds to two pounds. So come hungry and be prepared to share a meal with someone else. The tamales were a joke. There was only a sliver of meat in them and they are small. The chili was pretty good.

Visiting here reminds me of childhood trips to the restaurant in Little Rock. Homemade tamales with chili, great steaks, and fresh raw oysters! The fried biscuits are fantastic, as are the mixed greens.

My brother brought me here for dinner when I came for a visit. He loves the place and I've got to say this place had hands down one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. I usually have to have steak sauce and this place doesn't need it perfectly and cooked The steaks are amazing. The fries are nice thick... More

I had heard so much about this restaurant and I guess my expectations ran wild. While the wait staff was great and the patrons were amazing to observe, the large rib eye steak was not as good as was expecting. The tamales and chili was better than expected. Hate to complain to much but the French fries were terrible.

This place had been recommended and reviews looked good. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. The appetizers are almost nonexistent - tamales and shrimp. You have a choice of potato with your meal - red potatoes or French fries - one would expect the red potatoes to be a seasoned nice side dish. We were served 3... More

Absolutely disappointing. I have travelled to Fayetteville many times for fun. This spot has been strongly recommended by Fayetteville familiar folk. Each time I have tried to go it was closed. They are not open for lunch or on Sunday which is just how the timing worked for us. This past weekend we finally had ourbig moment and oh my... More

I had heard rave reviews for this place so I asked to go there for my birthday this year. I like steak but it is a huge hunk of meat! It was good but not really better than that in my opinion. The sides were average at best. I wouldn't personally go there again.
