Eddie Rockets in Swords has been there forever. I used to take my family there for a Sunday treat and everyone had their favourites. The American atmosphere is terrific but my highlight has always been their chilli dogs, followed down by a magnificent strawberry shake. You can't beat it.

We were here on a busy Friday night. We had to wait about 15 mins. The staff were very nice. The restaurant could do with a renovation. The booth I was in, the seat was literally coming away from the wall. Seemed dangerous. Not the cleanest restaurant. Staff we'd busy so just quickly wiping tables. Toilets were very dirty and... The waiters are very nice, but food is not. I asked the classic burger in a bowl and the aspect was not nice. Then after waiting 15 minutes to ask for desserts we gave up and quit.

5 of us decided that the place looked new and interesting! The decor of the place was rather good, and they had done a brilliant job of dressing the restaurant in retro style! The music not so much as they were playing a modern assortment, where as I think the music should have matched the surroundings! we all ordered a... More

Came here looking for a meal with our 9 month old. We waited for the waitress to acknowledge us...and waited...and waited even though she was right at the counter and looked at us a number of times. It wasn't until a couple came in after us that she finally 'realized' we were there only to tell us and the other... More

I love Eddie Rockets because of the quality of their food, especially the beef burgers. There is no gristle in them, which is a real turn off for me. The side orders and condiments are the best as you get a bottle of ketchup, not those irritating little packs. Malts are fabulous.

Eddie Rockets is one of my favourite restaurants in Ireland. The American diner is filled with great burgers, chicken wings and fries. The malts are INCREDIBLE. If you are nearby one of these, get yourself in for a great meal.
