We had our first Iceland hot dogs at this restaurant and we are very happy with our decision. The hot dogs were excellent, we highly recommend! Prices were very good as well, ordered a large fry and was shocked to see it was an entire deep fry basket full, we couldnt eat it, they gave it to us in a shopping bag! Medium would of been more than enough. Great food and the icecream shop next door was also good.

So great to find a local fast-food joint that offers delicious vegetarian choices. The vegan hot-dog with fried onions and mustard was fantastic... it loses one star for the bun, which was spongy and nearly tasteless white bread. I'd still go back in a minute. Good fries, too.

Food was great, service and cleanliness, not so much. We walked in rather than use the drive thru and the little entryway was dirty and trash was overflowing. The kitchen area didn’t look much cleaner and employees seemed to be lax about food safety (I.e. touching things barehanded, stacking things on their sleeves). If that sort of thing bothers you, skip it. We were tired and hungry after touring the Golden Circle and wanted a cheap (comparatively), quick, and easy meal and this fit the bill. The fried hot dogs were great and I really enjoyed the fish and chips.

We have stopped here once a day for a quick cheeky feed and never disappointed. Food is extremely affordable by icelandic standards, super delish and the staff are very cute.
Recommend the normal hotdog, deep fried hotdog and steak sambo.
Even the locals go nuts for this. Has to be a good sign.

I read the reviews and didn’t think they could be THAT good. But I was wrong. Great variations, good portions (a large portion of chips was enough for 5 of us!) and the guys working there are so helpful and have great English. They have an English menu in the window. We visited twice during our stay.

Quick stop for a hit and run. The kiosk offers typical Icelandic hot dogs (lamb) with a more intense and particular flavour. The peculiarity is that this kiosk is run by women only, as reported by the notes on the internal noticeboards. Good value for money, approved!

I'm a huge fan of hotdogs so take my review understanding there some bias. The hotdogs here and the presentation are amazing. The combination of ingredients with the hotdogs is incredibly unique, you can tell there was a lot of thought put into this. I can't rave about this place enough. Wonderful work!

Love it. The people who work there are warriors; the line is always long, but you never have to wait long. Be aware that the sizes of the french fries are huge. My personal preference is grilled hot dogs, but they only have boiled ones.

Lots of different toppings/varieties. Think the actual hot dog is beef and lamb. Taste pretty good, but a bit light compared to US hot dogs. Glad to have tried it though.

At first glance, this place looks just like a typical fast food place, but it is delicious! It has a drive-thru, which is ideal if you're doing a lot of driving on your trip. I'd recommend the fish and chips or the hot dogs. they also have veggie dogs if you are vegan/vegetarian. Cute little place.

We were hungry and driving through Selfoss. We thought surely there is a local joint we can get a quick bite from. This place showed up! I’ve been craving hot dogs since Norway. lol I finally got my hot dog. Deep fried hot with Doritos, fries, cheese and couple sauces. It was yummy! We ate every bite. We ordered a small fries and it was a large portion. There were a lot of locals there which is always a good sign.

The hod dogs are good here. The use a cocktail sauce which we found to be too rich with the remoulade. We prefer just regular ketchup and mustard. The staff are very friendly here.
I would still return though.

We visited this delightful place after a long day of travelling to Iceland and it hit the spot just right. Obviously popular as the queue was out of the door. It isn't super amazing Michelin star food but it ls great comfort food perfect for the weary traveler.

Takeaway hotdogs, absolutely delicious. Mine had chips inside and cheese on top and was really great. Cheap too. Nowhere to sit but lots of parking so you can eat in the car.
