Yes, this cafe has either a nice view to Lake Myvatn or into the stable through glass windows. Don't worry, it doesn't smell. Coffee tastes great, also their mozzarella sandwiches (warm!). Relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The food here was amazing. I had the best meal we ate in Iceland at this cafe (lamb shank). We also stayed on the property which was gorgeous. Tours of the area were simple from here and they had reasonably priced wool sweaters and blankets....More
Breakfast wasn't included and would have cost almost £20 each so make sure you book online as I think much cheaper. We stayed in the cabañas which were really noisy but we did see northern lights!

Whoever is running the kitchen is BRILLIANT from the baked goods and cheese selection at breakfast to the burgers at lunch to the lamb at dinner WOW. Beyond delicious it's plate licking good. Fresh dairy from "happy cows" makes for satisfied diners.
