My sisters and our mom were here in July for dinner. The service was great and we loved how everyone worked well together and enjoyed what they were doing. The food was excellent, we ordered and shared most of the appetizers. There was also a musician playing the bouzouki. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day!

Owner is very friendly, clearly proud of his work. Fresh pasta is very good, as is meat dishes. Prices are fair, lower than most in Kalambaka.

Food was decent, nothing knock your socks off. I'm rating this a strong 4 though because the service was excellent and the decor was wonderful. Also, they hire a live traditional Greek musician to play while you eat.

Not disappointed when we ate here the other night - deserves the recommendations in the guide books. Attractive place with tables outside surrounded by plants. Chatty staff and tasty food - particularly enjoyed my giant beans, and the moussaka was one of the best so far. Relaxing and good value.

I visited the Taverna without checking any reviews so I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised! The food was very good quality and simply delicious. The customer service was great and the people very friendly and helpful (we asked them many questions about Meteora etc). I definitely recommend it if you're looking... More

Visited this taverna on the spur of the moment as we heard the live bazouki music as we were passing one evening. It was a great decision. As a veggie it's not always possible to have a wide choice in Greece, but the mezes here were varied, flavoursome and inexpensive ! The fava bean dip was particularly good. For an... More

Stopped in for a quite lunch. Wine and service was great, food was fresh and authentic! Best food I have had in Meteora so far.

Outstanding food in a simple, quiet taverna away from the crowded square. The seafood is sourced daily from the fish market by the owner and simply prepared. Very reasonably priced and the house wine is way better than expected. Lovely people.

We were recommended a couple of local places to eat, but after taking a peek at them the words "tourist trap" came to mind. Then we wandered up the street and came across "To Paramithi"... serendipity! It looks, feels and tastes exactly how you imagine a small Greek taverna should. The service was good (not polished but friendly), the food... More
