What a Lunch!!!

Had lunch at Beans and Cornbread today and wow! The bowl of beans was huge and a chunk of cornbread at least 4x4 maybe bigger. The beans were perfect. We had mixed navy and pinto. Yummy. Delicious and very affordable.

We stopped here after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and wanting comfort foods. Very simple menu...beans and cornbread or your choice of daily specials, which I don't think really change that often. They had chicken and dumplings, chili, gumbo, and a couple of soups all with cornbread. We had mixed (pinto & white) beans and chicken & dumplings. Both were... More

Great place for comfort food and the owners were great. Chicken and dumplings were good and the cornbread was awesome.

Nothing fancy here-just good stick to your ribs food at an affordable price in a clean homey atmosphere.

Stopped here for lunch. I had a taste of my friends beans and cornbread which was delicious. I had the chili dog with chips, also delicious. If you're in the neighborhood, you need to stop at this small restaurant and try it, you won't regret it. Keep in mind there is no table service.

My husband and I visited this place on our annual Eureka Springs trip after missing it last time. It was worth the wait. Very large portion of beans and great cornbread. I got the corner piece which is my favorite!! The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. We will be sure to stop in again next year!!!

Stopped by and got some blackberry cobbler, and it was amazing! I will more than likely stop by to get more when I'm in that area!

The staff was very friendly and made suggestions. The food was OK and the prices were good. The bread I had was hard and the tea had a funny taste to it compared to what I am used to.

Man these beans are really good. We ordered the mixed beans and I've got to say they were really good or maybe even better than home cooked beans. It's also one of the cheapest meals you can get while eating out in Eureka Springs. We also like going there in the evening and get their cobbler and ice cream. It's... More

We stopped here in the spring to try the apple dumplings. Recommend by a local. We are back in Eureka Springs again in October for the fall foliage & hikes in the area. Finishing a hike by stopping in for apple dumplings a la mode. Again, we were not disappointed. Yummy yummy.
