By far, our family's favorite Eureka Springs eatery. For vegetarians, you'll love it here. The vegi Molle is amazing! We take friends from all over the country to Caribe when visiting us here in Eureka Springs, and their feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The food, atmosphere and people are all beautiful!

This was a great place to stop in for an afternoon snack. We enjoyed guacamole with chips. If you don't like onions, this is not for you. They need to cut back on the onions, there is way too many!!! Their guacamole is served in a margarita glass so it is a large amount but we sure wished they would... More

Weird start to a good experience. First they don't ever answer the phone so don't call. We arrived with a party of 12. Saw people inside and found the door locked mad for an auspicious start but the variety of dishes and presentation was awesome. It's expensive but worth it.

Superb food! Cheese and fruit tray was soooo good. Local cheeses. Try the corn soup. Excellent mixture of spices. Very intimate experience. Loved the owner!

I ate yesterday at "The Cookery" It's in the same building as Caribe. The food was remarkable! I had a potato soup with boursin cheese that was delicious. The potatoes were chunked up a bit large, the broth was a bit unexpected with maybe lemon juice, but it was really quite good. I had the smoked duck breast. It was... More

We've been here before and couldn't wait to have the salsa platter with home made chips again. It didn't disappoint. I got the chicken mole and my husband got the salmon. Both were delicious, but after eating salsa platter we weren't able to eat much more. We should have split an entrée.

I cannot say enough ably out this restaurant. Not only was the food excellent but the staff and the ambiance / décor was fun and interesting. It was Chalupa night when we were there and they were absolutely the best thing I've eaten in awhile. Great place, out of the way but worth the short drive.

Thank Kelly B
