Not what I expected either! The talipia shrimp Enchiladas had no shrimp. The mole chicken lacked flavor. The salad was good. Service was slow and inattentive!

Don't go in a hurry or starving at that particular moment. New owners are getting underway and have some unusual and delicious menu items.

I was expecting Caribbean food and you might be able to call a couple of dishes Caribbean but mainly this place is Tex-Mex. Food was decent, I had a beef burrito and wife had veggie enchiladas both of which was good and hot. I found it odd you had to order chips and salsa and they were extra. There were... More

We visit Eureka Springs on a regular basis but decided on a recent trip to only visit restaurants we had never visited before. This restaurant was on that list. This is not a traditional mexican restaurant. The menu items are unique and we enjoyed our entrees. I had shrimp and tilapia burritos and they were very good. My partner had... More

Caribe just unveiled their new lunch menu, with lunch being served on Tues-Sun 10am-3pm. House-made cheeses, smoked eggplant, lamb meatballs, soups, sandwiches, bowls, and even a few brekkie items. Always fresh ingredients Always great flavors!

We dined at this restaurant quite by accident based on Yelp recommendations for Mexican food. We assumed it would be upscale Mexican cuisine, and after we were seated and read the menu, we saw that it was more Caribbean/Central American selections, which was not to the liking of half our family group (7 adults and 3 children). We ordered the... More

We went here because they have a sign that says salsa factory on it. We thought we were going to a typical Mexican type restaurant but it isn't. The food was good but it isn't your typical Mexican food. I had their specialty chicken plate and it was quite tasteful but served on a bed of saffron rice which I... More

No matter if we are eating at KJ's on regular weekend nights or on chalupa Sunday you tastebuds will never stop thanking you. Her in house salsa is off the charts. Vegetarians and meat eaters alike will rejoice with her diverse menu. If you catch chalupa Sunday you will likely rub elbows with many locals. She fills the chalupa with... More

One of the best presentations and tastes of Caribbean and Mexican flavors and colors. KJ does not disappoint. Do not miss out on her guacamole, jalapeno pie, salsa platter, mango shrimp, enchiladas mariscos, smoked duck, and if you like mole', do yourself a favor!

Caribe is an interesting blend of an exotic cuisine and local ingredients. I have been here a few times, and it has been wonderful every time. The offerings may seem a little different to those who have only had the Tex-Mex and northern Mexican cuisine that is served in most Mexican restaurants. In keeping with its name, many of the...
