We were very hungry two adults with three kids looking for hamburger meal. The only possibility at the quest harbour was Origo. We ordered three kids hamburger (at a price 12,80 eur each) and two hamburgers for adults at a price of 26,50 eur. It...was a quite big disappointment because of two reasons. One was that the waiting time from ordering to get the meal was about 45 minutes. Second one was the quality of the very expensive adult hamburger...we couldn't see any bigger difference compared to the kids versions. You can get better burgers from a small barbeque kiosk! Only one star and mostly because of friendly service.More

Staff was really arrogant. Our company’s orders were mixed up but the restaurant didn’t really cared about. As told the manager didn’t want to settle. Wrong main course and they said we’re gonna get a -20% discount from the WRONG MAIN COURSE. Service was really...bad. Don’t go and support this place. Let it die in it’s missery and sadness.. Ok food but really bad service, not worth it.More

Friendly staff but the food took over an hour to arrive. We had to send the bill back twice as one of the main courses was charged twice and the charge for a glass of whisky was that of a whole bottle.!

Seafood buffet was a joke, paid 35€ for dry-burned potatos and 3-4 different fish’s and one green salad. Bread was dry. We also ordered burger for main course, and waited it for 45min. Service was slow and dirty plates wasn’t collected. Huge pricetag, can’t recommend.

Food was absolutely tasteless. The best on the fish buffet was the dark bread and the salade we had as a main didn't have any dressing, but was just dry green salad with some salmon or poor mozzarella.

Had dinner in the Origo last week and had a beef burger + fries. The burger + fries were tasty. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice.

Bad food and service … new owners …. Do not go there . Origo used to be the Place … but now its joke.. take your money somewhere else …

Cosy atmosphere combined with superb menu lunch served by great staff was the crown of our visit to Hanko!

We had a lovely time at this Hanko staple. Beautiful, cool cellar space lit with candles was lovely after a hot day, and took us to a time before. Service was excellent, friendly and precise - something that can happen only when one really wants...to create an experience where all the details work. Our party had snails as starters, then salmon soup, delicious bread, a lovely steak and excellent lamb as mains. Everything was cooked to precision, never had a more optimal medium plus order to happen with meat. Food was seasoned wonderfully and showed pride towards the food they offer, staff was attentive and always there should we want to have a glass filled. For a fine-dining place it is rare to offer something to children, and even that target group was catered to wonderfully with several options. Can’t wait to go back to their classic skärgårdsbord - a table filled with wonderful Finnish fish delicacies.More

Food was okay but service was very poor. The head waiter was rood and arrogant from start to finish. Not something you would expect from a restaurant which is supposed to be one of the best in Hanko - also regarding the prices. Would not...recommend!More
