BEST thick milk shakes!!!!

Got the scoop from friends that Evoke had the best milkshakes and they were not wrong!! We've gotten chocolate and mint oreo a few times already :) and their shakes are SUPERB. We've also had spaghetti and bruschetta which were also good. Only weird thing was kids chicken tenders. No flavor. Setting is so nice and quiet and set back from the road. This has become a favorite spot. Cute shops are adjacent to Evoke and there are nice flowers :)

Kathmandu's best coffee!

Lovely ambience. Decent food but they serve the best coffee in Kathmandu! A lovely little oasis in Jhamsikhel. Exceptional service at such a reasonable price! Don't forget to check out the little stores at the site

Friendly place with good food

Has been a regular place to eat while living in Kathmandu. Friendly staff and a wide variety of food to choose from on menu. Have visited for breakfast, coffee meet up, lunch and evening meal. All very good there’s no rush to move you on, so a place to relax with friends. They have live music every Friday.

Lovely place hidden in busy Kathmandu

What a nice feeling finding a place where we can escape from the hectic city and truly relax while having a drink. We felt very welcome and had a great time with Raji who really took the time to chat with us. We will be back!

Favorite Cafe in Kathmandu

The food is delicious (love their smoothies and truffles. To live for!!!); but, the best part is their service. Raji, my server, not just this time but many times, brought both a personal touch and a level of professionalism that I have found in few places...worldwide. He not only takes his job seriously but does it in a way that brings a smile to your face in how he provides you with the best service possible, even helping you find options tailored to your tastes and needs inside the menu (flipping to the page for you even). Both Raji's excellence of sevice, personableness and the quality of food brought me back over and over again, as it brought brought much needed comfort that you look for when you are away from home. Thanks to all the staff at evoke that I met but especially Raji, for his fine service and kindness time and time again!

Food was okay. Baguette for chicken sandwich was disappointing. Could add more variety of lettuce for salads as well. Fries were soggy too. Coffee was good.

Food was good here albeit menu had a few things missing the night I ate here, but happy with what I had. Great range of drinks. Really attentive waiting staff and quick service. A little pricey but acceptable

Just went to evoke with friends had a good time good food service..previously wen i came Raji was my waiter very professional smart and good beverage knowledge.this time he was on on holiday so couldn't meet him..bt we had a good time.

Afternoon coffee

We came to this place as it used to be my wife’s parents home many years ago to see what became of their family home. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great cafe. The selection of teas and coffees were very good as were the ice creams. (Our son had some). Our waiter was Raji KC. He has the best personality of any server I have come across in Nepal. (Hope they pay him well, or they may lose him). I definitely do recommend this place to any who want to sit, relax, and feel as if they were back home. (Or someplace else).

Great Food, Accommodating Staff

Had my very first dinner in Kathmandu at this bistro and it didn’t disappoint me! Staff speaks well in English so not a problem for tourists who would like to ask for food and bev suggestions. Dining area has indoor and al fresco.

Came here on my first night in Kathmandu. Shisha - check Great wine - check Live music - check Good food - check Great service - check Open air - check Fun tattoo place . Painting area and salon next door. I highly recommend this place on Friday evening 🙏🏾

Good food - poor ambience

Food is good - often a bit dry. They're a bit stingey on sauces. If you like noise, loud music, smokey atmosphere - this place is fine. If you want a nice quiet meal with decent conversation, this isn't the place. Service is average-to-poor - staff not very attentive.

Good food - but hard for no-smokers to enjoy

Food is OK (though have been disappointed of late). most seating is outdoors and lots of smokers. Very limited seating 'indoors' - but doors and windows are open and invariably the smoke from outside drifts in. Not the friendliest service.
