Didn't realize this was a bar and Grill but it was wonderful. I had the sampler plate with shrimp oysters clams and catfish. It was awesome. My husband had the fried shrimp we were so full for hours there was so much on our plate. Thoroughly enjoyed it

I love coming here for the music, fun & extreme people watching, but eat before you come.
I've had the hamburgers & they were good, but tonight I ordered the ribeye, cajun coleslaw & jambalaya. The slaw was inedible, maybe even a little fermented. The jambalaya was nothing but dry rice & a couple pieces of sausage. The ribeye was 1/2 untrimmed fat.
Anyway... go for the music & drinks!

Front Street Grill has new management. The menu has changed to reflect a Cajun flare. So far, so good...
They have had a few glitches in getting the orders in because they are using a new POS system, but the food has really been good. As we all know, technical difficulties can be worked out.
The wait staff really makes an effort to take care of everyone's needs.
We usually go on Tuesday nights and many in our group get the crab legs. If you like crab legs, they are definitely worth the try.
They have live music several nights a week. However, the music on Tuesday night is provided by Jocko and he is really great! He can sing just about anything you request.
The patio overlooks the river and it is such a wonderful all around experience.

We liked this place so much, when we travel to Dardanelle we eat here.
The folks are so friendly. Great food. Best burgers I've had in a long time.
You can sit inside or outside. Wonderful view of the Arkansas River watching tug boats go by. Check it out

Went to the Front Street Grill for dinner & a live band. We arrived at about 6:30 & were the first the first customers in the door. They have a decent menu... we ordered hamburgers & they were very good. There was a lot more to choose from, as well.
The band was scheduled to start ast 9pm, but forgot they had a gig that night. Ounce they started, they were very good.
The whole place could use a bit of a facelift, but when they turned the lights down & served a few drinks, it didn't look as bad.
There were a few creepy individuals hanging out... young people shouldn't go alone or unarmed.

They have some unusual items on the menu. My wife and I shared the fried mushrooms and the Cajun Crawfish burger, with onion rings. The mushrooms were good, but not great. Onion rings were also good, but not outstanding. I do not believe rings were made on site and not sure about mushrooms. The burger was very good, the crawfish toping was excellent. The burger was overcooked, but overall the burger was very good and very unusual. Service was very good, but there was a very small crowd for early lunch. Place caters more to the night crowd with live music and a great patio/porch that looks out over the river. Would be really great for spring and summer. Certainly worth a try if in the area. Restaurant is located in the old downtown area.

My girlfriend and I went here after finding the place on here. We went in expecting a restaurant, but it was more of a dive bar. They had just opened for dinner and we opted to sit outside because the jukebox was a little loud. Beautiful view of the river and there is even a sand volleyball pit. We had fried pickles as an appetizer and they were amazing. Best fried pickles either of us has ever had. For entrees, I had fried gator tail and my girlfriend had a sirloin steak with corn and loaded baked potato. I was not impressed with the batter on my gator. My girlfriend was very pleased with her meal. Her steak was cooked perfectly. It was fairly reasonable. We had an app, two entrees, and a beer for $58 before the tip. Our server was amazing and attentive. Very laid back place. Don't go expecting something fancy. Front Street Grill is a college dive bar that features live music and has great food and service.

I don't say a meal is amazing lightly but seriously the fried mushrooms were off the chart,,,, only to be out done by the sandwich me and my husband shared it's called a Monte Cristo and omg! It is a ham, cheese, and turkey sandwich that is DIPPED IN PANCAKE BATTER AND DEEP FRIED!! And served with fresh RASPBERRY SAUCE with hand cut fries. Not meal you can do daily lol but man in this life get this sandwich!!! It's served with hand cut fries. Now the place isn't fancy by any stretch but you can tell who ever is running the kitchen is doing it right. (Ex fresh oil) and food is hot and fresh the mushrooms were fresh! Not frozen.

We went last night and made the mistake of going on the late side. The food was good and well priced. We ordered the Fried Mushrooms as an appetizer. The batter was light and crispy and the mushrooms very flavorful. Not the typical over-battered frozen stuff. It came with a great garlic dipping sauce. Even though it was an appetizer for one, it was more than enough to share between the three of us. My husband and I ordered the crab legs. He got salad and onion rings with his and I got a loaded baked potatoe and corn on the cob with mine. His salad was crisp and well presented. There was a slight mix up with his onion rings so they arrived after we started eating, but it only took them a few minutes to get them to him. Again, the batter was light and crunchy and he liked that they were hand made. The only downfall was that three of the onion rings were actually entire onion slices like someone forgot to separate the rings before battering and frying them. My loaded baked potato was very good, but my corn on the cob was more than a little dried out. The crab legs were really good. We were a little nervous at first because they are served wrapped in aluminum foil, but the reason soon became clear. They use a peppery spice on their crab legs and use the aluminum foil to steam the flavor inside. The spice was just enough to add interesting flavor without being so hot that I could not eat it. Our daughter ordered the chicken tender basket which came with fries and Texas toast. When it came out, the fries were actually chive fries. It was good, but not expected since the menu did not point that out. Our server was nice, but a little hard to find at times. There were several times where she walked right by our table as I was trying to get her attention. I finally had to get up and stand right in her path.
Now the reason to go early. As I mentioned, we made the mistake of going on the late side of dinner. Expect a lot of noise. While we were there, the band was setting up and warming up. To be blunt, this nice restaurant transforms into a meat market/bar scene. I was more than a little shocked at the camel toe and cellulite show coming in the door. One woman's dress didn't even cover her lady parts (yet they let her in) and I began to wonder if they were having a street walker's convention. If you are dining with your family, go early or don't go at all.

We went to Front Street Grill last Thursday and I must say I was surprisingly impressed. They had a crawfish boil going, however we had the hamburgers. They were excellent. The service was wonderful and it was priced reasonably. Not a place I would personally take kids to, but the atmosphere was nice for a date night. They had an excellent musician performing acoustic sets on the deck and the weather was wonderful.

The place is a bar/grill. During the day the atmosphere is pretty laid back and its more of a nicer restaurant. Around 9:00 pm they have a band it turns into more of a bar-like atmosphere. The prices aren't terrible, and depends on what you get, but most of the food is pretty good. A volleyball court in the back and outdoor seating, there is usually plenty to do. Open til 2:00 am at least on Fridays and Saturdays.
