Super friendly, loved the salsa, more like real mexican food than most places. Our new favorite in Conway! :D

While in Conway, I used TripAdvisor to find a good Mexican restaurant. I wasn't disappointed. We tried Las Palmas and were pleased that the food was really good. The chips were good as was the salsa. (I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their chips and salsa -- if they can't get that right -- then I doubt they can... More
The salsa is only average, a little like spicy tomato paste and the cheese dip is also below par, but the Burrito Atilano at 9.99 was excellent value, a huge behemoth of a burrito stuffed with fajita beef, rice, peppers, beans and other goodies. I could barely finish it and I have a healthy appetite. My wife ordered three hard... More
Great staff with great service. The food was prepared in a timely manner to include the waiters keeping our glasses full of drink.
Tried this Conway location and it was up to the standards of other Las Palmas restaurants. The service was good, the waitress was helpful and took good care of the guest. Chips were good, salsa was good, but not outstanding. The meal was a nice size portion of good tasting Mexican food. Had a plate with a variety of foods... More
As others have noted, Conway is awash with Mexican restaurants. You really can't drive more than 10 blocks without finding one (or two...). And while there are many like Las Palmas, this is one of the few Mexican restaurants I will patronize at this time. Others have mentioned the interior (and it is clean and comfortable), and the location (in... More
Delicious tortilla soup. They have daily lunch specials that are about $5 that will leave your stomach and your wallet full. Margaritas and drafts are very inexpensive during the day and happy hour. Clean restaurant, fast service, polite staff.
We were hungry for nachos so decided to try this restaurant near our motel. The bean nachos we ordered consisted of chips with a dollop of refried beans in the middle, covered in a thin cheese sauce, which resulted in very soggy chips. The margarita was so nasty, I couldn't drink it. The waiter noticed the barely touched drink and... More
Typical Mexican. Portions were good. They were very busy on a Sunday night. Same menu selection as most all other Mexican restaurants. Was a bit slow on getting my food, but then they were very busy. Good flavor. Would go back.
