Very local! Very good! Fried Chicken, Chicken Fried Steak, tons of veggies to choose from. All veggies have meat, I wouldn't bet on anything being vegetarian. Only open at lunch, get their early or you will be standing in line.

I make sure to stop a Holly's when I am in Conway because you can't find a better lunch. The desserts are to die for.

My Assistants and I have rated several times at Holly's Country Cooking several time. It is a local favorite that has developed a loyal following over the years. The food is good and the price is decent. It is so popular that you will have to stand in line but it is worth it. They have several choices of meat... More

I had lunch here today and the food was quite good. The proportions are huge (much larger than I would like) so I often order the lite meal. Today, however, I ordered the 3 veggie plate. Still huge proportions, though. They have daily plate specials and the standard fried chicken and chicken fried steak. The food isn't always consistent, so... More

We stopped about 1:00 PM on a Saturday and had the only choice of meat, fried chicken, and it was very good. Not greasy and lightly battered with moist meat. There are several choices of vegetables. The mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans were all tasty. Friendly folks and a home style atmosphere. No menu, just walk through the line... More

If you are tired of Pizza, Chinese or hamburgers and want to pay someone for good home cooking, this is it. You could not prepare at home this meal for less money.

I loved their food. They put the food in your plate but it's set up sort of cafeteria style. You will have to stand in line but usually it's less than 15 minutes. I think it's worth the wait. They have plenty of seating so don't worry about that. The prices are fair. Their homemade pies are delicious. They are... More

What a wonderful atmosphere with even better food and service. I had the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. It was so delicious, my only complaint is that I felt it was about $1.50 to $2.00 too much. My bill was 11.76, again that is me and may not be too much for someone else's taste.

This is cooking from scratch and very good. Cafeteria style lets you see everything. Today there were four meat selections and about ten veggies, desserts and breads also. The meat loaf was outstanding. A constant stream of customers kept the staff busy. Only open four hours, 10a to 2p, for lunch only. For this type cafe, the prices were higher... More
