I came here yesterday with a couple of clients and our whole experience was superb. This is truly a hidden gem! We started with the Focaccia Bread and it was something worth coming back for. We then moved onto three seafood chef specialties that our Waiter recommended, all three were wonderful. Devin our server was great as well, professional and not over bearing. We will return!

This place is pretty good for a little family owned joint. We ordered beer and wine, along with the fried (toasted) ravioli as an appetizer. We assumed the raviolis would be the frozen type, but it seems like they bread them themselves and fry them up. They were really good! We split the baked ziti with pink sauce and although it didn’t seem baked, it was delicious. The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. We will go back.

We were in town from GA for college graduation. There were 11 of us in our group and we showed up after graduation ceremonies at 9:30 when they closed at 10 and they graciously told us to come on in. Our server was very informative about the menu. Our table had the fried ravioli appetizer and they were delicious. Several of us had the tour of Italy and it was very good. I have to say the chicken fettuccine Alfredo was by far the absolute best! We also had the Jess’ special and it was wonderful. If you like a little bit of spice then you definitely need to try it. The bread was so soft and delicious. I wound definitely recommend this place.

Passed through Conway Arkansas on our way home and was craving Italian food. Looked on line and found Verona authentic Italian food. The restaurant was nice and the waitress was adorable and pleasant recommending focaccia bread as an appetizer which we got. It was served with spaghetti sauce as a dipping sauce and I must say it was very good. Our meal also came with a small salad (nothing special about it) and warm fresh rolls which were really good. Sorry but our main meal was not so great. The main dishes - my husband got Linguine Carbonara. It had ham mushrooms and onions served with a creamy white sauce over linguine. He said it was good but the sauce was a little watery. I had veal parmigiana which came with 2 pieces of meat with melted mozzarella cheese over spaghetti and red sauce. I have to say the meat did not have the texture or taste of veal. In fact it reminded me of the meat in a frozen dinner. The pasta on the other hand was ok. Like I mentioned we were only passing through so maybe there are other items that are good but what we had was disappointing

I don't recommend coming here on a Sunday for lunch. They were short staffed and took over an hour to get two out of four ordered dishes. The other two were delivered to the wrong table. The compensation was 4 desserts, which we didn't get because it was taking too long. We had to wait for the other two dishes. One of the two was still cold in the middle. Other people were getting their food before us. We paid $52 after the fact. The time and money spent was not worth it. When we asked for a manager, we were informed the staff was doing the best they can. Yes, we were offered free dessert. It took over 15 minutes for a refill, which we did not receive. We did not want to wait even longer for four desserts. We simply wanted to leave. The one late dish was taken to-go. The chicken was dry with grainy noodles. I recommend Sriracha sauce to help add in flavor. If you go there with the desire to eat the chicken fettuccine, I recommend bringing Sriracha sauce with you. If you want more than one cherry tomato with your salad, bring a couple of those. Do try their house dressing. It was rather tasty. A little bit goes a long way. With the dressing that's left, try it with the bread. They pair very well. On a side note, they replied to my review faster than they served. They suggested to ask for the manager when I go to another establishment if I experience a similar problem. If you experience a problem, hopefully you'll have better luck than being told the staff is doing the best they can and then being instructed to contact the manager if you leave a review.

The pictures on the website are a little deceiving for what you actually see when you get to the restaurant. They’ve converted it from some kind of other store or restaurant. We walked right in and We were immediately seated. We were waited on quite quickly and received our drinks. We placed our order and for what seemed like a very long time to get our salads they finally showed up. I had ordered Italian dressing and they did not tell me, nor did it say on the menu that it was their own special recipe of Italian. It was tomato-basil Italian. It was nasty. It tasted like somebody mixed ketchup, tomato sauce, and spaghetti sauce. I ordered lasagna. It had way too many lasagna noodles in it, way too much meat, zero ricotta cheese, and it was just bland. My wife got veal marsala With a side of fettuccine Alfredo and she said hers wasn’t anything to write home about either. We had ordered the garlic bread with cheese appetizer and evidently the woman that took our order forgot to write it down and put it in.

Took extended family there to celebrate son's and grandson's birthday's. Told we had to wait for a table. I pointed out that the large table in the corner was not occupied. The greeter said they'd get it cleaned up right away. To their credit they did. We were seated, given menu's and ordered drinks -two kids drinks, two cokes and three waters. They arrived after about 5 minutes and we ordered an appetizer of Cheese sticks. We then ordered our main menu items. After waiting for almost an hour I spotted our waitress way over in the opposite corner of the restaurant. She was waiting on tables away from our area. I managed to stop her as she came out of the kitchen and asked her where our dinner order was. I mentioned that we'd been waiting for an hour and I was a bit concerned. She said they would get it started right away. At that point I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. I was very surprised that someone who could not run the restaurant and get orders out to customers efficiently was left in charge of a busy restaurant. She said that they were busy doing carry outs. My response was what about the customers who've already been seated for the past hour. After getting nowhere with our birthday dinner, I said let's go and we left. I've eaten at good and bad restaurants all over the world and have never had a wait of over an hour because of the unprofessional attitude of a staff member. My family and I have eaten at this restaurant many times but we no longer patronize this restaurant when coming through Conway. Sometimes a waitress whether she's family or not doesn't know anything about managing or running a restaurant.

Went to eat on a Sat around lunch time. One waitress working. We were seated in an alcove with 6 tables and 5 of them had dirty dishes on them. Not cleaned the entire time we were there. Ordered Chicken Picatta and couldn't even chew the chicken it was so tough. We were disappointed as the reviews had been fairly good.

We were hoping for authentic Italian food as advertised. It is American Italian. The focaccia bread is not focaccia bread. It is pizza dough like bread smothered in mozzarella and garlic. The pesto is parmesan and cut basil swimming in olive oil. Good if what you want is a dipping sauce for your bread but it is not pesto. The eggplants in the Eggplant Parm were a soggy mess drowned in mozzarella..The Chicken Alfredo was good and the noodles on it were good. The tomato basil soup was good. Lemoncello cake was really good. They have a nice wine selection. Not a huge selection but good wines. As a cook who has been to Italy 11 times and making Iralian focaccia and pesto on a regular basis, I can say that this is American Italian food. Not bad, but nothing like food in Italy.

We stopped by here for lunch on Sunday. I ordered the "senior portion" of spaghetti with alfredo sauce, and husband ordered lasagne. The portion size for both dishes was perfect. The alfredo was very good, as was the lasagne. Chloe, our waitress, was cheerful and helpful. We were impressed with this restaurant.

We had heard good things about this restaurant so we went for lunch. Prices are great and portions are large. Had the chicken Parmesan and the sausage and peppers Parmesan. Both were delicious. Had the Italian cream cake for dessert and it was enough for two. We will definitely be back

We always enjoy the food, atmosphere, and friendly service. Shrimp ala Casa is fabulous - the sauce, the sauce, the sauce!

Glad we chose to dine in here on our Anniversary night! I actually had a dish ordered here in the past but for to go. So this was my first time to go in there. Let me start with how we were accommodated. Once we stepped right in, we were greeted and we quickly chose our seat. There weren’t many people that Saturday night. So not busy. We were cheerfully accommodated by Tracy. She’s very attentive and enthusiastic. Very courteous and quick. Made numerous suggestions. She’s very knowledgeable about the entire menu. Also told us the history of the restaurant and owners. She gladly answered our questions. Service was provided promptly and orders came in quickly. Ok for the food part.. I ordered Baked Ziti. I already know this one is good. Simple but pleasant on my taste buds. I had this numerous times already for to go. I ordered this bec I just wanted to be on the the safe side which was I already tested to be good. I ordered Calamari. The calamari I would say a bit rubbery. But the batter is just perfect and the marinara sauce that comes with it compliments each other. I know it’s probably where they’re getting their squid perhaps. Even myself was having a hard time looking for a great squid supplier. Had no luck finding one. My husband ordered sausages with that red sauce in it. I forgot what’s it’s called. I am not fond of sausages but this one I tried it and it’s really good! My husband enjoyed that appetizer specially he’s gluten free and that’s one of the best options. For his entree, he ordered the seafood combo with pink sauce. I guess it’s a blend of two sauces (creme and fra diavolo) not sure if I remember this right according to our server Tracy. At first, it looked a bit on the dry side meaning it wasn’t saucy enough. I tasted it and the pasta was a bit undercooked. So we informed our server and she quickly and gladly took it and have it redone for my husband. The second one came in fast and it’s perfectly cooked. My husband was delighted and impressed. So I tasted it.. man, it’s good!! Husband also ordered Spaghetti on works. Between the two he likes the seafood combo more. Though the spaghetti was also great. His ice tea was also good. Dessert was the bomb! I had the Cappucino mousse. They actually have a big selection on the menu. So overall food experience was fantastic! Sauces were of quality and obviously ‘‘twas cooked with love and passion. That translated well in the execution of the dishes. For that well done Chef! Now the interior part of this restaurant... I’d be honest, it’s actually cozy however a bit dark for my taste. But I guess this is good for those who want a bit of a romantic ambience. But if I take my kids here I wish it’s brighter. I am unsure whether the floors are well cleaned since it’s a bit dark inside and couldn’t see it clearly. The table before we sat down was clean. The interior appearance isn’t that fancy at all and I noticed not much air conditioning was circulating inside. I don’t know if AC’s not working properly or they just adjusted it since it’s a bit chilly that night. I noticed they have alcohol bar. So I guess they serve wines and other good spirits. We were impressed with the dishes that night. Really good Italian food even though chef and owners aren’t authentic Italians. I even got free Cappucino mousse dessert to go that night. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner date 👍🏻😁💖💖💖 be back soon!

My husband and I decided to eat dinner here for the first time and we were not disappointed! I have driven by this place many times and had wanted to try it....it was fabulous. My husband ordered the Diana with chicken. He absolutely loved it. I had the spaghetti with mushrooms. It was amazing. Our waiter was Cameron and he was awesome. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and funny. This place is my new favorite restaurant in Conway. Try it out. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
