Nice cup of coffee, cozy place. It's amazing that you can find a good cup of coffee almost everywhere in Filandia.

My partner and I decided to visit Filandia to take pictures from the lookout. On the way we decided to stop for a coffee and cake... We made the best decision we almost missed out on the lookout! The coffee here is roasted in house...and was amazing, the cakes are home made and were the best we have had so far in Colombia... Not only was the food good though the owner is extremely friendly and we had a great conversation... I would highly recommend everyone visit this little gem. The owner can speak English which is always a bonus for travellers! Thank you Federico for a great time.More

Most coffee in colombia is actually quite bad since they export all the good stuff. But this place was great!

My family and I traveled to coffee country in search of coffee and good food. This place provided both! As we went around from finca to finca in the area, we tried good coffee and usually only one or two varieties and only medium roast....When we came here, the coffee was excellent from a variety of choice fincas from around the region and all micro roasted at the shop to varying degrees or roast. It is a novelty to get a dark roast while in Colombia. I love buying coffee from them as you get different beans, locations and roasts. While at the shop, be sure to try the Pastel de Tres Leches and of coarse the coffee. As an added bonus while living in Colombia, Frederico would ship coffee to me in Bogota for a nominal cost. I jut moved to Panama and even though the coffee is good, I miss my Mocafe and fortunately Frederico was able to arrange a shipment for me. Be sure to try this place while in the Eje Cafetero. Filandia is a must do while in the area.More

Delicious coffee. Very cool to see the roaster right there. You can purchase coffee too for very reasonable prices that they will grind right in front of you.

Very impressed about how passionate his owner is about his business. They have their own roasting machine right next to the door, which to be fair the delicious scent led us here. They sell their own coffee, as the owner explained us, his own family...harvest the coffee beans and the roast it at the shop, also you can buy the coffee beans (grounded or not) so perhaps you can enjoy a fresh cup of their amazing coffee at home. The whole experience is beautiful, learning about the area, the people and their coffee. Totally recommendable.More

Next level hospitality in a country that is full of exceptionally hospitable people. Go. Go a few times. The best coffee I have ever tasted exists here and was the reason I came back to Filandia...and now I don’t want to leave. The owner speaks...Spanish, English, and German.More

Visited Mocafe whilst exploring Filandia. The chocolate con caramelo was absolutely amazing, and I cannot recommend the almond tart highly enough! A great place for a coffee and a sit down.

One of the best cafes in the coffeepot area! A clean, cozy atmosphere, the only one (until now) with a toaster at the entrance (right now the waitress is toasting beans!), with a super friendly and polite service (thanks to Dabiela). Unmissable!
