The food was excellent as was the service. Convenient to the 21c Hotel and the Town Square, this is a very good option for a meal.

Fantastic experience. The food was to die for. The whole group ordered something different and passed plates. I loved that it was unique and unexpected.

I tried the Ozarkuban and it was swamped with BBQ sauce. The fries were good however. My husband tried the shrimp croquettes and grits. The delicate shrimp taste was lost in a bland, starchy fried lump of rice and either wheat or corn flour -- he couldn't tell which. The War Eagle Mill grits were disappointing. He'd cooked them at... Was looking for just a light supper, so stopped in the Tusk. Casual, but still busy for a Friday evening. We both just went for the sandwiches-my burger was done just right. Nothing over the top but still nailed the preparation. Service was fast and friendly. Would go back if we get down south again.

Good food and very unique menu. On the square area of downtown Bentonville. Some of the most unique menu items. Highly recommended.

What an amazing menu! Really awesome diversity of southern faves and foodie bliss! Bacon, cracklins, pork rinds, lardons, bacon jam, braided belly and pigs ear nachos- Yup pork-pa-loosa! And fit desert??? You knew it--- bacon brittle icecream with bacon chip cookies!!! I had a local version of a Cuban "ozarkuban" w truffle fries and Brussels sprouts. Delicious. Go try it.... More

We were staying just outside of Eureka Springs and decided to make the hour drive to Bentonville based on the menu we read online. This had to be one of THE best meals we've had(I'm a chef from St. Louis so that's saying something). Shrimp, pig, & grits was freaking awesome! The dessert was heaven! Anything with bacon ice cream... More

Took family for great dinner. Great service and different flavors. Chicken and waffles are great. The peach Manhattans are a great starter. Good all around. Will go back for more.

I loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. The names of the dished on the menu are definitely unique but they come with an explaination.

Thank Cassie M
