We enjoyed coming here for breakfast, even though it's usually really busy. Great food and atmosphere and didn't have to drive anywhere for meals.

Decided to stop for lunch driving back to San Diego from Phoenix! Good call, got in and out quickly, food and service were good. This was a Sunday so it was very busy! We decided to just sit @ the counter, no waiting 👍

This is a unique diner. The staff are friendly and helpful. The meals were great, large portion sizes. My husband had the Meatloaf and I had the hot roast beef sandwich. The chocolate malt was the best I have had in the US.

This was disastrous. Took us 1 1/2 hr to get our food. Apparently one of the cooks quit. The Ruben sandwich was burnt. They ran out of onion rings then tried to charge us $2 extra for them. We got tater tots instead. The chicken breast sandwich had a tiny piece of chicken that was overwhelmed in a large hamburger... More

We arrived for a lunch ,our greeting as we entered was akin to a grunt. We had a head nod over to the only vacant table beside the toilets and we sat down.As we had the menus we were able to have a look at what was on offer,a server did appear to take our drinks orders and she was definately... Had the biscuits & gravy. They were store bought with package mix gravy no meat. My wife had poached egg that was perfect and a pancake that was tough and she thought was pre cooked.

Not only does this place preserve a bit of old-fashioned Americana, but the breakfast was inexpensive and good, as was the service. Even the diner-coffee wasn't bad! If staying at a nearby hotel, eat here ... not the hotel.

I read the reviews before I went and it was as good as they said it would be. We had the breakfast steak and it was wonderful. Great diner experience 😊

They have great malts. My husband ordered the soup of the day and I ordered chicken strips and fries. If you are allergic to fish, you need to tell them before you order because they try not to fry things in the same oil but it does happen. They were very nice when I forgot to tell them of my... This restaurant is very much like a restaurant near my home but with a different name. The décor was the same, menu was similar and the taste was boring. They do a very good busy as the place was packed and people waiting to get in. It was convenient to our hotel and I would probably eat there again, but... More
