We went there twice for breakfast and could not be happier with the food. Chef Jesus knows how to keep a business growing. We highly recommend it. The coffee A++++

We had a leisurely breakfast at the Turquoise Room in the La Posada Hotel in Winslow. I had one of the best, simple breakfast burritos. The melding of flavors and choices by the chef created an almost creamy texture. The burrito had been grilled for...just long enough to crisp the bottom. Combined with a mild red Chile, it was excellent. Their green chile is really an overly acidic tomatillo sauce and I do not recommend that. The presentation by the chef added to my enjoyment. Frankly, he did not have to present the burrito as diagonal cuts perched on each other, nor did he have to decorate the plate with swirls of paprika, but because he did, my enjoyment of the meal was greatly enhanced. Our server, Isaac, was good natured and attentive. His low key, but engaging personality made everything better for my wife and I. BTW, she had the Breakfast Bread Pudding which was Fabulous!More

This was an Amazing Meal! Our server Vanessa was intentive and caring the whole time. We originally had a reservation for 1:00 but they were able to move it to 12:00 for us. The serving sizes were just right, none of us were hungry or...stuffed. The food tasted Amazing! By far it is going to be the best of our trip. I shared a Southwestern Cobb Salad with my wife, my oldest had Steak Tacos, and our twins had spaghetti. We all shared a Hazelnut Brownie for dessert.More

Our 4th visit to La Posada and the Turquoise Room Restaurant. This visit was for two nights, which gave us the opportunity for two dinners, two breakfasts and one lunch. We continue to be highly impressed with this destination restaurant. The menu is local, historical,...broad and fairly priced. Service is friendly, positive and attentive. Service is neither rushed nor slow. The team gets it right. This was our first visit after the change of ownership. The new team, (which we understand includes the continuing chef and most of the former staff) has maintained the high quality. The James Beard people need to stay close as this restaurant deserves consideration for future recognition. Easy 5-Star rating.More

Had lunch and dinner here. Given their location and what they have to work with, I think these folks are doing a fine job of attempting to keep the Fred Harvey atmosphere going along with the Southwest flair that everything here has. Employees were all...extremely friendly. Food was fine, but it just wasn’t what you are looking for in a five-star meal. Portions were small, prices were high. Food was good (you could tell many items are hand-made right in their kitchen just by tasting them), but it just didn’t have that “over the top” impression that you need for five stars, that’s why the four star rating.More

We (a party of four adults) really enjoyed our meals here. The hotel was a perfect rest stop on our way from Zion and the meals at the restaurant were very good. I really enjoyed the signature soup and the chicken at dinner and the...green chili eggs at breakfast were lovely. Nice decor, friendly service and some nice cocktails in the bar area before dinner; RecommendedMore

Used Posada n Turquoise as a home base for 3 days while visiting the area. Turquoise was so wonderful we would plan our days to return for lunch! Can’t explain the joyous time we had with food, drink, history lessons and fun!

We had a fabulous dinner and dessert. Beautiful atmosphere. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We drove from Sedona and would do it again to visit this unique location and try more of their cuisine. Soup was beautiful and delicious. All our entrees were...prepared to perfection. The desserts. Ohhh. I wish I could have tried them all.More

Amazing Restaurant in the La Posada Hotel. We stayed at the hotel two nights and ate here both nights, it was so good. I highly recommend the vegetable plate, which came with a delicious combination of items and flavors including a tamale and stuff poblano...pepper. Everything we had was great. The service was also excellent.More

Hi sharon g, I have not seen a cocktail list on my visits there, but they do have a well-stocked small cocktail lounge. My guess is that the friendly folks there could mix just about anything you might be able to dream up... More
