We booked as it came highly recommended by trip advisor. The restaurant is beautifully decorated by loca artists, including lots of Native American pieces. The food was advertised as Native American and American. We eat out a lot and there were numerous dishes I hadn't seen before. It took a while to decide as they all sounded great. We both... More

We stop here for lunch, breakfast and dinner whenever we can. The atmosphere is wonderful in the restaurant and the little bar. You are surrounded by native rugs and artifacts in a lovely room that was once part of the historic Harvey House lunchrooms. The food is fresh and locally grown and is superbly prepared. Everything on the menu from... More

Be sure you done here even if just passing by on I-40. You will be happy. Chef John has created a culinary oasis on an otherwise fast food desert.

I am not impressed by fancy shmancy menus featuring interesting and/or exotic pairings of edible items. But if you are, then this is your go to place. A lovely venue in a traditional southwestern decor reeking with the spirit of countless celebs who graced the corridors of the La Posada. A grand room alone and adrift in Winslow. The prices... I really enjoy The Turquoise Room. This is a great special occasion place, and there are a lot of interesting things to see. I travel from a town 60 miles away just to dine here, and do so once or twice a year. My favorite dinner selections include the elk medallions, the signature soup, and the squash blossoms. The food... More

Menu was not as we expected- strange entrees- not all that Southwest/Mexican- more gourmet like with a Southwest flair which was disappointing as I was expecting true gourmet Southwest...but, food was excellent and well prepared. Had wild game and carnitas dish- In a horrid area of town

This place is inside an old school hotel (since 1930) which almost was knocked down because it was abandoned decades ago. This restaurant is not cheap but you do get what you pay for, quality and flavor throughout. We happened to be here on Easter Sunday and most places in Winslow are closed on Sundays. If you want to celebrate... More

I've lived in Arizona for more than 20 years, and my recent lunch in the Turquoise Room at La Posada was the finest dining experience I've had in Arizona. This is the perfect stop if you are traveling between Albuquerque and Flagstaff. The hotel is the perfect place for a weekend getaway too. But back to the food.... the posole... More

On a trip from Heber, AZ to Milpitas, CA we stopped in Winslow to see the sights (stand on a corner) While we did not stay at the hotel where this restaurant is located, I did hear from a co-worker about this restaurant and how wonder if was suppose to be. So my wife and I made reservations and had... More

Dropped in with my wife and daughters for lunch. My wife and I both had awesome salads with local fresh greens and roasted peppers. My wife had the chicken Caesar and said the chicken was excellent. I also had a churro lamb posole. The freshly baked honey, agave syrup and butter glazed cornbread was also very good. Plus the hotel... More
