Ate here for a business lunch recently. Service was prompt and friendly, atmosphere was ok - they had a tv blaring right above us. The portions were large and the food was average New Mexican fare - I had the stuffed sopapilla, which was pretty good.

The Mexican food is not authentic but it was good. I was actually surprised there was a Mexican restaurant on the Navajo Nation. They do a good job. I tried their tacos and they were very tasty. The salsa they serve is not hot. I like hot salsa. I would probably go back. Too bad the Navajo Nation doesn't serve... More

Not many restaurants in Window Rock unless you want fast food so I chose this Mexican Restaurant. The Mexican food was good. I had a combination plate and my partner had a Burrito. The chips and salsa were good but the salsa could have been much hotter. Food came out hot and the server was friendly. Everything is kind of... More

There's not a whole lot of choice in Window Rock so I was pleasantly surprised at the quality at Cocina De Dominguez! Tucked away in a corner of a parking lot and looking -- inside and out -- much like the diners that dominate my home state of New Jersey, frankly I wasn't expecting a whole lot. But the service... Not authentic Mexican but was still good. Rice a little dry but the rest of the Mexican entree good. No beer to wash it down as on Navajo Reservation. Good restaurant and service though. Locals and tourists.

We stopped today for a light early dinner and we split a Navajo Taco. The fry bread used was far tastier than what I had last week - and my Navajo Taco last week was very good. It came with beans, ground beef, lettuce, chopped tomato, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa verde.

Well um let me say that did the purpose of meeting me needs this is sufficient. All I really needed was food and it was very good. If I rated the food is give it a 3.5. They have a daily special----tacos and they were good. Price I'd rate as a 5. My lunch was less than 10.00. Atmosphere----is rate... More

I think the service was great, friendly and prompt. Drinks were nice and cold. But when we got the food, chimichangas, like 3x5 size, it had a hard crust, served with lumps of guacamole, sour cream, rice n beans, the cheese drizzled on it wasn't completely melted. My biggest disappointment was it was served almost cold. I got a feeling... More

The food is very good. I had beef tacos with rice and beans, and an iced tea. Their "mild" green salsa was HOT. I didn't even try the "hot" stuff. If I lived in Window Rock, I could eat lunch here every day and never get tired of it. Very good!
