We went to Tortilla Flat on our honeymoon. It was a nice Saturday afternoon, so we ate outside in the patio, They had a great cowboy band and offered Cheeseburgers and hotdogs right off the grill. We had a couple of cold beers and enjoyed...More

Visited with family. Trip there along winding mountain road. Beautiful scenery. Walls covered with signed dollar bills. Limited menu, generous portions , a little pricy. Hamburgers were excellent. Service was good and the food came out quickly. Bathrooms left a little to be desired.

This is the only place to eat in this very small town, so it's great that there was an extensive menu for all ranges of tastes and ages. The hamburger and fries were good; the Reuben was excellent and filling! They even had Kraft Macaroni...More

Definitely a unique place to have a bite to eat. As other reviews note, the walls are line with money.

While visiting area, we stopped for lunch. Had their famous chili, served atop cornbread. Also tried nachos and some other dishes. Reasonably priced and fun atmosphere.

Our hiking group visited here after a hike. Some had burgers, but we also enjoyed the burrito and BLT. You have to also see the bathrooms.

I enjoy the 18 mile ride through the mountains from ApacheJunction to Tortilla Flat. The restaurant has great old west decor. We usually eat on the outside patio but wanted to try this. We had excellent service. Prices were reasonable. Portions were large. I had...More

We had planned to take a scenic drive to lost Dutchman park and ended up continuing on to Tortilla Flats. Beautiful scenery on a winding road, beautiful lake views too. We split their chicken burrito, it was enough for two. If you belly up to...More

I don't recall but the place was extremely busy with a lot of folks waiting when we were there. I 'll bet a few of them were GF and they wouldn't be waiting if they had no GF options.

I don't think dogs are allowed on the inside, but they have a patio area outside where dogs may be allowed. I'd give them a call to double check, 480-984-1776.
