I highly recommend this soda because the food is fantastic and the restaurant is clean and cheap. The stuff is polite and friendly. The breakfast are the best! :-).

Typical local eating whole but I only got something to drink so I can't say much else - nice staff but that's typical of Costa Rican's

Used to be much better when the previous staff worked there and the fruit stand was in front. Service was so-so. Food definitely average but cheap.

The review below mine is pretty spot on. The tables and place are just dirty. We sat next to an old Hoarders-style looking kitchen that looked like it hadn't been operated or clean in years and was just a place to store random things that was closed off by a gate looking thing. I believe there is a hostel upstairs... More

We have enjoyed several soda type places throughout Costa Rica but this place was the biggest disappointment. It is exactly what it looks like. The interior is completely run down, tables where dirty with table cloths full of stains. Service was slow and not very friendly. We had two types of casado (one with steak and the other with grilled... More

Good food! They do not sell beer but they did go across the street to get us some with our meal. Food was really good. Had the seafood soup which was really good! Did everything they could to be accommodating and made us feel really welcome.

This is a nice, friendly, affordable soda serving large and tasty Costa Rican dishes. We highly recommend the empanadas and the casados. The staff are very friendly. The space is open and breezy, and the chef seems to really enjoy cooking and serving good food to his customers!

This is a great soda where the food is very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get - both me and my boyfriend had the fish casados. When you are here I recommend also ordering a batido (fruit smoothie/milkshake) - we have been in Costa Rica for nearly four weeks now and have had many batidos during our... More

This is one of our fun little places to stop in and have a fish taco. Seating is limited during the busy dinner time.

Good local style food. A tiny HOT place but crowded, so you know it;s good! Skip the touristy places and eat here!
