We decided to eat at Crystal Palace after visiting the OK Corral, Historama and Tombstone Brewing - and before our ghost tour in the evening! Note that this is a cash-only establishment. I'm not exactly sure why that is (I guess they don't want to...pay credit card fees?). Our group of 4 had two burgers and two chicken sandwiches. No one complained about the food. It was your typical "American" cuisine at a casual sit-down restaurant. It wasn't the best, it wasn't the worst, but it was satisfying. Dining here is more about the experience of being in a very "old-timey" kind of setting. The servers and bartenders wear clothing that is time-period specific, which is adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. Don't go here expecting some gourmet meal, because you will be disappointed. Dine at Crystal Palace for the overall experience! It's a crowded place, so it's great for people-watching, too!More

This place is cash-only. The ATM in the lobby where you wait adds on several dollars if you decide to use it. We waited about 35 minutes. Several of the waitresses seemed to be playing several roles (bartender, hostess, etc), so maybe they were shorthanded....We were seated upstairs and a large family were seated right after us. The waitress waited on them first, which was interesting. Okay...not off to a great start. I ordered a burger (can't remember which one) and fries, i don't remember what my spouse had, but the food was blah! I did not even finish my burger it was so unappetizing. Maybe we just ordered the wrong item on the menu but first impressions are everything.More

The Crystal Palace Saloon bills itself as one of early Tombstone's first saloons. We had a great dining experience here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with two small dogs and they were welcomed in. Our waitress even brought them each a small...water dish. Service was fairly quick and the food was great. My wife had the open-faced pot roast and I had the chicken fried steak. The staff was decked out in the old west style clothing which we thought was interesting . . . our waitress allowed us to take my picture with her. We liked the old style feel of the saloon. It was cash only which was no problem but I'm not sure if it was due to Covid or for some other reason.More

More than enough food! Taco salad was HUGE! Onion rings were amazing. Bloody Mary's were great. Abby, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very cheerful.

We ate dinner here after a great day in Tombstone. The bartender was very friendly and made great food and drink suggestions. The food was delicious.

Needed a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The onion rings were to die for. Atmosphere is great and we watched Wyatt and Doc play pool.

We wanted to have lunch at Big Nose Kate's, but the line was out the door. So, we opted for Crystal Palace Saloon and were immediately seated at a table. Our waitress was super friendly and extremely efficient. We let her know that we had...tickets for the shootout and she made sure to put our food ticket in right away. We all ordered the crystal palace burger with fries or coleslaw. All the food was excellent. Great place for a good burger. The bar dates back to the 60's, as the original bar was lost in a fire, but it's still quite an impressive sight. We were very pleased to dine at the Crystal Palace and would do so again!More

CASH only. No mention of “cash only” by the staff. Not posted either. Door had Visa, MasterCard, AMX accepted. Shame on management! Food was very mediocre. Save your money.

Great environment, beautiful bar, lovely staff and good burgers! We spent two different occasions in this saloon and each time it was nice!

Since it was a beautiful evening, we very much enjoyed eating dinner upstairs on the balcony! It was incredibly busy, so the service was fairly slow, but we weren't in a big hurry so that didn't bother us much. We appreciated that it was much...quieter outside on the balcony than it was inside, too (and more COVID-friendly, too). Our meals were good...nothing remarkable, but my steak was cooked the way I asked and the mashed potatoes were good. Overall we were pleased with our meal.More

Tombstone is well worth the trip if you are interested in that time period of our Country's history. Most of the corner saloon when you first enter the town on your right hand side is a MUST see, at least for most people Yes... More
